Well seasoned. Meat was a little dry but the marination was top notch. Tacos held together well, there was an average amount of meat for the price, mild salsa was stellar and the limes weren't too dry. I kept looking at my takeout box on the drive back home because it smelled so good.This is not inside the gas station as Google might make you believe. This is a truck to the side. Signage could be more visible.There is one bench and one table in the area. Very much a takeout place. I would come here more often when I'm in the area.

Service was amazing when we stopped by the food truck. My partner and I got three chicken and three steak tacos with mild salsa. By far the best tacos we’ve had. The meat was tender and well seasoned, and the salsa was amazing. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for great food and people!

This is an embarrassment of an establishment. They thought I did not know how to speak Spanish. The guy was making fun of me and cursing at me and in Spanish this is an embarrassment. I will never come back here again. Wow I was extremely surprised. I never knew people were this pathetic and disgusting as individuals, I’m so shocked if anybody wants to come here they should think twice because this place is not it

I have been in the deepest darkest parts of Honduras, Ecuador and Mexico City to name a few and these tacos bring me right back. Fresh, made from scratch street taco style and authentic taste thats not easy to find in the northern USA. Try one or three, I dare you. You'll be hooked like me. Awesome!

Fantastic tasting Taco Truck with very friendly staff. Only down side is that hours may vary with weather as you might expect during MN winters. Newly update their system to have pagers!New truck at the begining of May 2022 looking good.
