I came into the Wendy’s and there are some moldy carpet that is literally coming up off its edges. The side door was closed unable to get in at all so you have to enter through the front door. The whole placed smelled like a geriatric home. you can tell that this place needs a lot of work by the fact that the sign is totally flipped over. The parking lot is a minefield. You literally have potholes so deep that you have to travel around them unless you wanna fall one foot.

In 6/26/2025 myself and two of my co workers went to this Wendy’s for lunch. When we got to the building there were only two vehicles in the drive thru. There were no customers in the building. So the three of us stood there in line to order. The five employees behind the counter did absolutely nothing at all. No greeting, no I will be with you in a moment. They looked right at us and didn’t even acknowledge us. Finally one stepped up to the register looked at my co worker as if she was going to take his order. She the turned her back to him and went back to stand with the four other employees one was the manager on duty. My co worker turn and said let’s go to KFC next door to get service and to be even acknowledge. We walked to KFC ordered separately and all three of us walked back to my vehicle in the Wendy’s parking lot in less amount of that we stood in line at Wendy’s without a simple greeting. Wendy’s corporate should really clean house and work on training their employees and especially their managers to acknowledge a person coming to spend their own hard earned money on lunch which in most cases is 30 minutes total. It is a shame to see that a simple greeting is too much for a person to say to a customer.

Where should I start..... First of all get to Wendy's and there's no one in line two cars in the drive-thru more than six people working no one said hello or how you doing or can I help you. I sat there 5 minutes until young lady walked up to the to the cash register looked at me and my coworkers and turned around and walked off and still after that no service.... this windy is a 5050 University Columbia heights probably better off going to KFC... If I can rate them a negative 0 I would!!!!!

My overall experience has been positive, though I believe there is room for improvement in terms of waiting time. I visit this place occasionally, and I appreciate the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere, which makes it a good environment for studying and spending time with family.

Got my order wrong. Got home, opened up my sandwich and it wasn't even what I ordered. Should of known when the girl was too busy looking at her phone. Didn't give me my drink either. Had to try to wave someone down for 5mins before someone came to get me my drink. Thanks for the overcharge on the meal!

I asked if they still had the son of baconator The guy on the drive-thru didn't know any English All he said was yes yes yes when I got to the window he charged me for regular baconators. I wanted to cancel he didn't understand what I was saying. Make sure you know what you're getting charged for when you pay All they're doing is clicking buttons not knowing or understanding what you're saying!

I ordered triple meal with baked potato butter/sour cream and a large brownie batter frosty. Burger great. Frosty I tried to eat it . It tasted like plain sugar crunchy not chocolate just sugar . It was disgusting . The regular frosty is chocolate and you don't feel like your eating spoons of sugar . I'll not bother trying other flavors . I wonder if they made it wrong just mostly batter. . The baked was half baked again too hard to eat. I microwaved it when I got home. I wonder if it was just old. I didn't eat that either $18.88 I bought after 10 pm . But if your running out of stuff cleaning your frosty machine . Don't sell them. Ilk only buy burgers iñ the future . The coke was fine.

I ordered a Dave's double plane I said it two times she said it three times they still couldn't get it right I don't understand why it was so difficult to make a Dave's double plane it makes no sense to me I've had many problems at this Wendy's for this I'm writing a review very disappointing

I see why this place is so poorly reviewed. I ordered an item that is 2/$3 right now. The total the lady gave me didn't reflect this price and I told her that. She responded by complaining that I hadn't told her about the deal. It's her job to know that, not my job to tell her about her job. She didn't seem to understand the nature of the item itself and told me they don't have that even though she had, seconds before, given me the regular menu price of that very item. I left then, figuring if someone who had so much difficulty with something so trivial worked there, how can I trust anybody there to prepare and handle my food?
