I ordered a Dave's double plane I said it two times she said it three times they still couldn't get it right I don't understand why it was so difficult to make a Dave's double plane it makes no sense to me I've had many problems at this Wendy's for this I'm writing a review very disappointing

I see why this place is so poorly reviewed. I ordered an item that is 2/$3 right now. The total the lady gave me didn't reflect this price and I told her that. She responded by complaining that I hadn't told her about the deal. It's her job to know that, not my job to tell her about her job. She didn't seem to understand the nature of the item itself and told me they don't have that even though she had, seconds before, given me the regular menu price of that very item. I left then, figuring if someone who had so much difficulty with something so trivial worked there, how can I trust anybody there to prepare and handle my food?

REALLY BAD SERVICE. Went there to get an order, for them to answer me after 5 minutes and tell me that THEIR MANAGER WASNT THERE!! ? THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT and should be closed down. It sucks. It really sucks. I’m wasting my gas here waiting for the manger to get back TO WORK for me to get the online order…. So bad. This happened during night time and it’s not the first time it has happened. Which is really disappointing and I recommend NOT coming here.

Went there a few times, terrible service, always out of cheese, I swear my burger came off the floor tasted like old mop water. Never again!
This Wendy's was terrible. Rude customer service, had to repeat our order twice and it was still wrong. Then when we got to the window Giovani wasn't even paying attention hands us our food ; then we had to ask if he wanted us to pay. Then he threw my husband's change in his hand and It fell on the ground. We won't be coming back to that location.

I order the Cinnabon rolls and the are rock fricking hard felt like I was going to break a tooth. I also order a vanilla frost online and they told me they don’t have vanilla told them can I get a refund they said contact customer service and they can help you They manger she came off as a lil rude did not like the way she was talking to me I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK HERE !

With the marketing blitz I had to try the Krabby Patty Kolab. It was delicious! The vanilla with pineapple Frosty was unexpectedly yummy.
