I've only had good experiences here until today, when I was served severely undercooked chicken. I had already eaten over half the sandwich by the time I realized it/got to the raw part. I'm not one to complain, but if I'm running the risk of getting salmonella, I at least want my $7 back.Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, pulled up to the window and paid. The drive-thru worker said they just put some in, and to pull around to the front and wait. No problem, I wasn't in a rush. The worker came out a few mins later with my sandwich and politely apologized for the wait. No problem - I'm just hungry and happy to have a freshly-cooked sandwich.Everything seemed fine until on one bite I noticed the texture was off, and realized the meat looked raw. I took the remainder of my sandwich, along with the receipt, back to the restaurant. The meat was so clearly raw-looking that I thought for sure I'd get my money back. Went in, showed the cashier the sandwich, politely asked for a refund. Was told that their refund policy is for the general manager to look into it. The employee then wrote my name and number on the back of my receipt. Could have at least apologized, offered to make me a new sandwich, given me a coupon for future use, or any kind of token gesture. To be fair, she had just dealt with a rude customer in front of me, so I empathized. But still a disappointing experience.I'm not mad at the workers/cooks who are doing their best and just trying to make a living. Mistakes happen. But if a person comes back 15 mins after ordering with a receipt and food that's clearly not cooked through, the policy should be a refund on the spot, not getting the run-around. As I walked out of the restaurant, throwing the remainder of my sandwich in the trash, I overheard the employee I talked with telling a co-worker, "Yeah, it looked a little undercooked." That was putting it mildly!Wish I thought to take a picture to upload here. If the general manager contacts me and refunds my money, I'll update my review. But I'm not holding my breath... Really just hoping I don't get a bad case of food poisoning from this ?

Sat at the drive thru for minutes with no response. Went in and stood at the counter with no response. We like Wendy's, but not this one. Food took forever and they couldn't figure out how to accept an online coupon.

Said they were open when I got there there was a lady up front she just gave me a snobby look like she was mad I was there according to the hrs on the door and on her they were open but the doors were locked I knocked to try to get her attention and she just looked at me turned around and continued to ignore me.

My grandmother ordered a chicken sandwitch and the total was 12.50$. When we arrived at the window she gave the manager describes as a tall black Male ” without realizing it a 50$ bill and two 5$ and a few dollars. The manager at the time was being chatty and jokingly talking about prices being high at every store and, with my grandmother at the window chatting back receiving her change, she realizes that she drove off with 50 cents and no RECEIPT and also realize she mistakenly gave him a 50$ bill. We immediately return to the fast food place and CHRIS the manager that’s on the 9pm shift refuses that he took it. He took advantage of my grandmother age for kindness and thief HER! This is not okay and she still has yet to figure out if she accidentally misplaced it or gave him the 50$ BILL!!! PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE AMOUNT YOU ARE GIVING THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONT OFFER RECEIPTS!

Oye! My first time spending $20 at a Wendy's! A $10 sandwich meal that my husband splurged on! Eek! My Jr bacon cheeseburger is no longer $0.99. I guess I haven't been here in forever! But It was dang good and the employees were super nice!Parking: Available!

The Wendy's corporate office has responded back to me, saying I am most certainly welcomed back to their restaurant. They apologized to me for the unfortunate experience. The employee named Chris no longer works at this establishment. I have since returned, and all the employees have been extremely kind and helpful. I am so happy to return to this friendly Wendy's!
