Order a larger Carmel cooler no whip keep drizzle with salt sugar. Got Carmel cooler with whip n no salt. They took whip off but also didn't fill the cup back up, so now it's not even a full larger drink. I repeated no whip twice. Also drink tasts more like water then coffee or carmel. Measurement are off

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. There were 6 cars in front of me when I got in line. I had ordered on the app. Busy on a Saturday morning.

Almost, forever I’ve hated drive-thru. Totally impersonal & if you don’t get what you ordered, you have to go back through to complain. That being said it took me awhile before I started going to this one in Columbus/Forest Lake. Service was great, friendly & quick, but I still don’t care for the drive-thru.

I love that they're always happy when greeting me and they're patient when I have questions regarding what I'm ordering. I never feel unwanted when getting drinks here. :)

I was excited for the pumpkin latte I ordered, but when I got my drink it tasted like mold. It was gross and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering here.

Caribou is the best coffee house anywhere. Their beans and how there roasted give each sip a silky and smooth taste with awesome flavors. Thanks for being a wonderful company in beverage, foods and merchandise. I'm proud to say you are a Minnesota company. Thank you, Patrick in Minneapolis.

We ordered oat milk and got regular milk. It made for a rough day. I understand that mistakes happen but it’s happened here a few times.

Great lumberjack sandwich and iced coffee with minimal wait! Only issue was understanding the person on the other end of transmitter. Garbled, muffled. It sounded like she was just as frustrated as I was.
This was not an issue with the staff member working the window, who was lovely.
I noticed some staff inside wearing masks. This may have contributed to the issue?

This Caribou Coffee might be pint-sized, but it packs a mighty punch of coziness and charm. The drive-through and walk-up window setup feels like something straight out of a Hallmark movie — minus the snow and improbable plot twists.
Despite its small footprint, this place knows how to deliver big-time on flavor and friendliness. It’s perfect for those on-the-go caffeine missions or spontaneous stroll-up coffee cravings. The whole vibe is “adorable little cabin that serves happiness by the cup.”
My go-to? The Carmel High Rise — hot, iced, or blended, it’s the caramel-kissed delight that fuels all my best decisions (and a few questionable ones, too). Smooth espresso, silky caramel, and just the right amount of joy in every sip.
If you’re driving through Columbus and need a pick-me-up, don’t blink — you might miss it. But if you do stop, your taste buds will thank you.
