I visited the Zephyrhills Florida location on Highway 54. I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich which hardly had any Ham on it I had to rip around the whole outside just to get to the ham in the center! when I try to call the store there's no answer! when you're paying $7 for a sandwich you should get what you're paying for! prices have gone up quality and quantity has gone down! I would like to hear back from someone that represents Hardee's!

The manager in Drive thru sharjah Mr. MAHMOUD at al sharjah dubai road, misbehaved and asked to took the shopping trolly outside even I took the permission from the hardees staff.
But he did the personal attack and rude behavior I was with a family and it was disgusting and embarassed. Rather to ask the staff, he asked me to go out.
Very disappointed disappointing he called me personally infront of my family, "You are nervous" its very disappoing infront of my family.

No one had a clue what they were doing. Told me there were menu items available that didn’t even exist. Watched them mess up the three. Yes three orders in a row right in front of me. Asked to verify order when they brought it up and the said all the correct items. I even checked bags after they went through them all. Everything look good, but let me tell you when you are dealing with the level of incompetence they employ here, looks can be deceiving. They had all my sandwiches labeled correctly and the correct amount and sizes of fried. However. Once I drove 15 miles back to my house where my “starving” kids and wife were patiently waiting and actually unwrapped or opened our meals. None. Not one. Not one single sandwich was labeled correctly. Every single sandwich we ordered was wrong. Get your shit together Hardees. This location has been open for a few years now. I have never once had a good much less great experience there. Never. If I could rate you lower than one star I would. Do better Hardees. Do better. For what you charge I could damn near have sit down meal. So do better and at least get my sandwiches right and don’t try to hide it with the correct label. Disappointed is an understatement and I will NEVER eat at this location for sure but maybe any Hardees ever again. Do better.

Ordered an all star WITHOUT CHEESE Get to the car and realized it was not in the bag go back in grab it get home and the thing was LOADED WITH CHEESE fries were over salted Pretty expensive to get home and just toss in the garbage. Tried calling and could not get through Totally disappointed
