Hardee’s in Oneida TN. Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crispy bacon and 1 super bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crisp bacon. Received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a super bacon with barely warm bacon. The girl at the window was pissed because I wanted the correct order. She came back with an additional super bacon with a burnt eggs and still raw bacon to replace the sausage. Still not correct order. So she gets a manager to the window and they act like it’s my fault and she is super hateful wanting to know what I want. I answered- I would like what I ordered. My receipt was correct. She goes and gets a correct super and still bring the wrong second biscuit which this time was plain bacon. So then she proceed to pull me up while they “have to remake my order”. So, my finally correct biscuit gets cold while they make a bacon egg and cheese. She brings it out and it is correct. My mom got her fresh biscuit and mine was ice cold. Why was this hard?

And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.

Went into Hardee’s in Newberry the employees 2 kids were in there running around while their mother was working behind the counter. The time before that the chicken tenders were barely warm . I won’t be going back

if you plan on going to the Hardee's in Linwood square on the east side of Indianapolis Indiana, DON'T! They do not know how to operate that restaurant. there is not a Hardee's in this whole country that is as poorly ran as that one. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes, and it didn't move so I went inside to order waited there another 15 minutes. the drive thru lady who is obviously an ex crack head had an extremely poor attitude in general. A guy ordered a shake and she gave him not even a half of a shake with no whipped cream on it like it's advertised, and told him that's how they make it. The manager laughed. that place needs to be shut down immediately!!! Spent my entire lunch break there, and didn't even get to order so I left. I've now made a petition to get it shut down, and only need 1,000 signatures to have the city force them to close that location.

I bought a 5.00$ peach milkshake at the commerce,ga location and it was nothing but runny milk. it was awful and when I asked the manager about it she says it's normal. never again . they can all kick rocks .it was the worst

I visited the Zephyrhills Florida location on Highway 54. I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich which hardly had any Ham on it I had to rip around the whole outside just to get to the ham in the center! when I try to call the store there's no answer! when you're paying $7 for a sandwich you should get what you're paying for! prices have gone up quality and quantity has gone down! I would like to hear back from someone that represents Hardee's!

hardees in elizabethtown ky on ring rd never has coffee, will not answer drive thru, you will wait inside for 15 min while the girl making the food crawls at turtle speed and talk to her friends. avoid

The manager in Drive thru sharjah Mr. MAHMOUD at al sharjah dubai road, misbehaved and asked to took the shopping trolly outside even I took the permission from the hardees staff.
But he did the personal attack and rude behavior I was with a family and it was disgusting and embarassed. Rather to ask the staff, he asked me to go out.
Very disappointed disappointing he called me personally infront of my family, "You are nervous" its very disappoing infront of my family.
