I placed on order using the mobile because I was given a free angus burger as a birthday reward with purchase. So I decided to give them a try, placed an order that included a few more burgers and combo so I can feed others since mine was going to be free and paid on the app for everything. Placed a future order so that there was not rush for the restaurant. Arrived to the drive thru and the restaurant might I add was not busy whatsoever, they didn’t have my order ready even though I showed up like 5min late expecting there to be a delay but nope not ready, so I was ok bc then it would be fresh since they had to make it, I should’ve checked my order when they brought it out to my car but I just worked 13hrs and had to drive 30min home, get home and well my burger was missing from the order, when I tried to reach out to Hardee’s it was impossible to get ahold of someone, the app had no features or anywhere to let them know of an issue. Worst app will probably never use again or go to that Hardee’s again. HARDEE’S you should do better

Placed a mobile order and store was out of the items I ordered. Was unable to refund the order. Was not trained on how to handle situations like this and had no contact information on who to reach out to for a refund. Was simply told they were out, been out for almost a week, and to contact corporate.

If you're in there and see a cook that's a bigger dude and tall, turn around and walk out. The service there was bad and his cooking and preparation wasn't worth half of minimum wage. Completely wrong burger I asked for NO mayo a couple of times and of course I get a COLD burger with mayo ALL over the thing. Someone pray for that guy cause I won't. Same thing with my co worker. Cold burger. We ordered at separate times because I had to go to the bathroom. I can't believe they would hire someone so sloppy and lazy and I never thought I'd something off University in St Paul would be way better than anything. Well now I've said it! Place is garbage and I'll never go back

With me being disabled Mary was very nice and had a smile the whole time she was serving me and brought the food to my table 😊 I give 10 out of 10

Went here for breakfast and ordered through the drive thru. We ordered a double biscuits and gravy, 2 Frisco breakfast sandwiches one with ham and the other with sausage, a spicy chicken biscuit and a large hash brown. We were told it would take 6 min for the chicken biscuit... We pulled ahead and waited 20 minutes until we went inside to see what the hold up was. The inside was empty and there was 2 women working inside. I asked what's the delay? You told me 6 min. And she said well We are busy with drive thru orders and we said we are the only ones in the drive thru. Then she got frustrated and was rude and rude to a customer that came in behind me. Then she finally hands me my food and I said where is the chicken biscuit and apparently they gave it to the customer ahead of me. Then the worker basically had a meltdown and then just refunded my order and gave us some free oj. When we got home we noticed there was a medium hash brown not a large, the sausage Frisco was a bacon Frisco and the sandwiches were soggy. Needless to say we will not be returning here again.

The map says it's open till 11:00 but they close at 10:45 so to drive all the way there to get no Hardee's that's pretty bad of the company
Hardee’s in Oneida TN. Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crispy bacon and 1 super bacon egg and cheese biscuit with crisp bacon. Received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a super bacon with barely warm bacon. The girl at the window was pissed because I wanted the correct order. She came back with an additional super bacon with a burnt eggs and still raw bacon to replace the sausage. Still not correct order. So she gets a manager to the window and they act like it’s my fault and she is super hateful wanting to know what I want. I answered- I would like what I ordered. My receipt was correct. She goes and gets a correct super and still bring the wrong second biscuit which this time was plain bacon. So then she proceed to pull me up while they “have to remake my order”. So, my finally correct biscuit gets cold while they make a bacon egg and cheese. She brings it out and it is correct. My mom got her fresh biscuit and mine was ice cold. Why was this hard?

And this is why Hardee's in Newberry will be closing soon. Waited 15 minutes for this. The staff does not seem to care, but they are asking for $ 15.00 or more per hour. BTW, it was $12.87 for this dumpster's mess.
