Best brewery in Twin cities! Well kept local secret. Their brews are adventurous and so good! Check out eh Maple Bourbon Barrel aged White noise white stout! Amazing. Bartenders are the best! Chris, Ben, Elaine, Max and the crew!
Clean and basic bathrooms. Overflow parking on street.
Alloy is always a 5 star experience.
Had an opportunity to stop in twice today. Once was a great conversation with Ben and Mary, the second time with Max and Lisa! Very clean, family friendly and interesting drink selections! We will definitely be back!
Decent beer options but space was not friendly. Got many weird stares walking in so will likely not be coming back despite the cool concept.

Always has something my wife and I like. Good selection and quality.
Normally I like alloy brewing and my wife likes their beers. This visit however we weren't even able to stay because one patron decided to smoke right outside the garage door and blow his smoke into the tap room. No workers confronted the individual and asked him to step aside while he was smoking. I couldn't even stay in the room to even order.
Alloy is my favorite brewery! Love all the beer and the beer tenders!!! Wish they had a better selection of merchandise. I’d love to show my support wearing my favorite brewery clothes!!!! Would have given 5 ⭐️ if I could have bought my husband a hat or sweatshirt!!!
Great beers. OK service. The female employee with red hair ruined the vibe by making unprompted, extremely disparaging remarks about my appearance in a private conversation at the end of the night.
loud music (noise ) is bothering the neighbors.This has to be controlled. If noise is not reduced,, the city will have to get involved. Please KEEP IT DOWÑ !!!
