The server Sarah was great, very attentive. Oliver one of the managers came around to check that everything was good. Great service all around.

I typically loveeee half apps. I go with a group of friends, though we try to limit it because we feel bad with the amount and want to be generous to the waiters. We do our best to keep the level down, to keep clean, and to make it as easy for the waitress as we can. It usually goes well.
We had a waitress today who started out very well. It ended with her swinging by fifteen minutes before closing, telling us basically to wrap it up. Five minutes later, she yelled at us “you guys need to seriously leave”. We left with ten minutes left on the clock which has never been a problem before.
I’m not sure if we did something wrong or if she was having a bad day. I don’t know if we overstayed our welcome (it wasn’t busy so we weren’t keeping tables from her, and the restaurant wasn’t closed yet). I understand if you want to leave early, but you should expect to work your whole shift at the very least. I wish if they had a problem with our group that they would just tell us. Or at least tell us how we can make it easier for them.
Some servers have been super great and happy to serve us. It has never been a problem when we stay til close (and we do leave as soon as those lights go on). That gave us the impression that we were doing nothing wrong.
We think we’re going to give this Applebees a break for a bit because we genuinely feel bad and like an inconvenience.

I got the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger and I think that they added way too many mushrooms. The patty also fell apart easily. My sister is vegetarian and got the 4 cheese Mac n cheese with the chicken in the side and no bacon. The waiter put the “no bacon” on the pad. The cook made it with bacon because apparently the sauce has bacon in it. The thing I am more frustrated about is that the cook still made the thing knowing that there is bacon in the sauce while the pad specifically says no bacon. If this was an allergen or a religious thing it could have been very bad. I will say, our waiter, Marcus, was incredibly apologetic and was very nice!
Vegetarian options: Essentially no vegetarian options, most just have chicken

Stopped in tonight (1/16) to have some half priced apps! My server Sara was extremely pleasant and peppy - my water glass was never empty either! Kerra stopped to check in at my table to make sure my meal and everything was okay. I appreciate the great service and wonderful apps. Thanks Applebees!
