Waited over 10 mins to recieve a chicken sandwich where literally the piece of cheese was thicker than the chicken. Not to mention the staff is listening to some music loud enough for me to hear all the way at the other end of the building. This Arby's sucks, don't recommend eating here at this location. BS

got half of my order right! Not what I ordered I ordered 4 sandwiches total 2 onion buns 2 no onion buns no red sauce at all. Knocked on the window to try to make right nobody answered! (After a long time waiting ...guess I was playing come between toks) So glad you have employees that really don't care about your store!

We were running errands last Sunday and we stopped in around 530 PM, to get a quick bite to eat.
The Employee who took our order was very nice.
The Food did not taste that great and we expected much better. I had the Mac n' Cheese with Steak Bites and the Steak was dry and tasted like Beef Jerky, while the Pasta was mushy and slightly warm. The Meat in my Sandwich was cool and not hot like it should be and my Fries were cold. My Wife experienced the same thing.
When we got our order, we walked to the Dining Room to find a place to eat. The Floors were very sticky as we walked thru the Dining Room.
Before we got in the Vehicle, we wiped the bottom of our Shoes on the Grass, so that we could get rid of the stickiness.
Dinner did not sit well with the both of us and we paid for that after we got Home, less than a few hours later.
