Genuinly the worst experience I have had ordering out food. I ordered a chicken tender platter with chips and salsa. The chicken tenders were 95% old breading that tastes like they’ve been sitting out for days. They don’t even look like chicken tenders, unrecognizable and weirdly shaped. Barely any chicken inside of them , cold and just tastes like old fried batter. Didn’t recieve my salsa for my chips and salsa, so I guess i’m supposed to eat plain tortilla chips and pay almost $5 for a small side of plain tortilla chips. And to top it off the drink i ordered was flat. Bad experience , lacking quality & effort.

Went in to pick up my order. Waited for a good 5 minutes. The workers saw me and didn't say anything and were doing their own thing ignoring me as i was standing at the counter. I called to them and no one responded or even came out to help. When i got my order they mixed my wings together. I got traditional wings, original Buffalo and Asian zing flavor, and it was put into one box.

I used to go here (to the restaurant) since they’ve opened at least 3 to 4 times a month, and even more frequently during football season. For a while I went there 4 to 5 times a week cause I worked evenings near by. But the last couple years, we maybe go once every 6 months, if that. The wings have gotten so bad, no meat, they come shredded up, they’re over cooked way too often, the sauce is just dumped on top for to go orders. It’s a total dumpster fire now. Figured I’d try again tonight on a to go order, sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes, got there a couple minutes before the pick up time, but the person working there to go order area kept going to the back to talk to other people, not minding the station so others sand myself waited longer than we should have had to. Wings were over cooked and dry, half the flats looked like shredded chicken (got a 30 piece traditional), the legs had barely any meat on them. There was a big pile of sauce on the bottom of the box. This place continues to disappoint, and nobody seems like they care. Friday nights used to be super busy, tonight it was a ghost town, and rightfully so. I’ve been here within the past year, my go to flavor is the spicy garlic, gotten it over a hundred times easily, and sitting at the restaurant for 45 minutes after putting in my order, they finally came out. Wasn’t busy at all, they just forgot it. The sauce was dry, and hardening, so I asked for new wings. The server told me that is how they always look, but no. Asked for the manager, got the same answer from them…. I was dumbfounded. They just don’t care anymore. I think a new wing place is long over due, but if you’re reading this, don’t bother. Slow food, bad quality, sub par service, recipe for wasted money, and overpriced to boot!

Food has differently gone down in quality. Ordered sampler platter, B4 our meal. The food on platter items where small,tasteless & hard. Bacon french fries where regular fries, boneless barbeque chicken bites where hard, chicken wings small,tasteless&hard.. mozzarella sticks where greasy&tasteless.My friends & I used 2go2 Buffalo Wild Wings weekly years ago & we all had a wonderful time. No problem w/the food which was great "back then" . After my recent visit last week & I wouldn't recommend going there.The prices have gone up tremendously, in which is understandable if the food quality was good. The quality of the food has went down tremendously unfortunately From a 10 to a 2.Buffalo Wild Wings y'all need toget going & make yr customers wanting to come back for more. As for now, we'll all be going elsewhere till y'all make it right at yr establishment.FYI: Definitely there is no room for handicap individuals w/wheelchairs unfortunately!! & They're should be!!That's just not right!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No Wheelchair accessibility at this establishment . Sure there's handicap parking outside, but no Wheelchair accessibility once yr inside. Not enough room, & there should be.!!That's just not right .
