They don't listen!! This is the second time they have messes my order up I wanted no onions (because I'm allergic and I still got onions) they never let you finish your request they are always assuming that's all and then they gave me fries when I asked for onion ring not to mention no sauce that I requested. It's not the point of then replacing it later it's the inconvenience of spending $15 to get nothing you asked for and having to figure out something to eat at home because your food is contaminated. The next time this happens I will be going above their head because of the poor training the management and staff have.

Went there this morning to get an ice coffee with no ice a was told they can’t do it ….you forget without us there is no you.

Ordered $40 worth of food when I got home $20 of food is missing. Drive over 15 minutes and spend $40 everybody is missing sandwhiches. Thanks burger king

Dining room was closed and drive thru was beyond capacity. Both the BK site and app say they are open. Not worth the wait for the mediocre food. We come here for their play equipment but now thats not available we won’t be back. I won’t be surprised if this location is closed permanently. Let’s hope something better occupies this space soon!

When being in a food service you have to ask multiple time on who's been served. I sat there for 10+ minutes waiting in the online order pick up line (I was the only one) and then another person came in with a online order and then they were served before me. I understand you have new systems and stuff. But if you cant figure it out. Get some New people. Or use a for sale sign.

After spending $47 I asked to get some barbecue sauce and I got charged for it. The fee for me using my debit card is going to cost them more than the barbecue sauce itself total trash.
