Food was hot and fresh. Service was great. The manager stopped by my table to check how everything was. I understand it wasn't busy, but these are the things that should be done when it's slow. Josh was the manager. The store was clean and the music was great!!! If in the area, come say hi to him.

I ordered door dash from here and they gave me only bread breakfast sandwiches nothing in them . When I had my husband go inside to tell them what happened they didn’t resolve it the guy was rude and said that’s what you ordered and it clearly said egg and cheese croissant. He refused to make us new ones and only refunded a part of order never ordering from here again I never experienced such bad customer service

Just went there this morning 1/6/25 got rushed to place my order and was told pull forward before I was even done ordering. Very much seemed to be annoyed by me and all I asked for was food. No customer service and kindness at all
Order was all wrong and sloppily threw together and I didn’t even get a receipt. Had to pull forward to wait for order and basically got it shoved into my car and the guy turned and ran back inside. I know it’s cold but it’s your job you signed up for and customer service and kindness goes a long way

I recently moved to the area and I’ve had great service the few times I’ve been here. I usually order the impossible whopper and don’t mind the wait. Sherri has been very kind and her service is appreciated

I have to say, if you want some bun with your lil tiny, thin, almost non existent piece of burger, this is your place. Cant believe whats happened to Burger King. How far they have fallen. If u want all bun, and no beef, its here!! I bet u could almost see thru the burger. Took them 15 minutes to cook 3 Whoppers, 3 wanna be cheese burgers, and 3 small fries. Nobody else was here. $1 for a piece of cheese on your poor excuse of a Whopper. This was our final stop at BK. Go somewhere else if u want a actual burger. Because you won't find any actual burgers here.

I Live 5 minutes from this place I get home Whopper is cold and fries lukewarm and my lemonade is something else that is gross I would not recommend this Burger King to anybody this is not my first time there but it will be my last time, they cannot multitask manager doesn't care
Stopped at your store.Ask for number one with cheese.I asked for the fries to be freshly cooked in a diet coke. I drove 5 minutes home. My fries were barely warm and I got a regular Coke. Not a diet coke
