Ordered inline for drive thru pick up, food was not ready at the time stated online. I had to wait 10 minutes after getting there. Once I got my order for a pick 2 combo, there was no soup, and they made my salad wrong to the point I could not eat it. The only nice thing was the shift lead was nice at getting me a refund.

Honestly this place is amazing. The food is incredibly tasty and high quality. Not sure why anyone would choose fast food over this place. I’m from out of town but will definitely be back!

We were at a vendor site today for an all day meeting. We broke for lunch and we were delightfully surprised with a delicious lunch delivered from Zupa’s. I selected the Potato green chili soup , Turkey avocado sandwich and Cesar salad were all amazing. Too full to enjoy a dessert (which looked fabulous!)
Loved the food here. The food and ambiance really gives off the vibe of “you are making a healthy choice for eating here!” Not sure how true that is haha but all of the veggies tasted fresh and the infused drinks were delicious without being very sweet at all.
Floors, tables, etc were super clean! Also, I literally don’t know if the power bowl I got had real chicken or a very convincing meatless substitute.

I have been going to Zupas for years now and it's always delicious. The portion sizes are perfect and I haven't left hungry or bloated from over eating. The food is fresh and I love the amount of options available. My favorite is the Wisconsin cauliflower soup!

Vast selection of healthy (but delicious) sandwiches, salads, and bowls to choose from. Excellent customer service, and it's always very clean. The free chocolate covered strawberries are always a sweet treat.
