Just left this establishment. I bought 2 cups of soup and two sandwiches for a total of $35 through the drive-through. My receipt was time stamped 7:01 PM. I’m leaving the store now at 7:39 after I had to go inside and demand that I get my food while the worker behind the counter raised her voice at me because I was complaining. I was upset that I spent $40 on fast food that took more than 30 minutes to receive. I will never ever come to this store again. I order from this store for work functions as well. I will never give them my business again. I would drive to Blaine before I would come here. They were doing online orders for people that weren’t even in the store ordering - people were standing there waiting and they refuse to serve with no compensation, no sorry just the worker getting upset and yelling back at me. What an absolute joke of a restaurant. Horrible customer service, horrible atmosphere horrible experience. Go to Blaine not this store.

I would like to say I’ve had 3 good experiences at this location and this is still one of my favorite places to eat. I am hoping today was just an anomaly.
This was my first time doing an online order pickup through the drive thru. The signs do not tell you what to do and neither does the app. There is one sign that says “mobile order” and there are arrows painted in the parking lot but they lead you to the drive thru waiting spots. I waited there until 5 minutes after my order was due and the app still said it was in progress. I decided to try the drive thru window which took 12 more minutes because cars were sitting at the window for upwards of 3 minutes before they were directed to pull ahead and wait. While I was waiting for the window I was notified my order was ready in the app. When I got to the window I asked if that was what I was supposed to do and they said yes and then asked me to pull ahead and wait. I asked why because it said my order was ready and they said they still needed to bag it up. I waited another 3-5 minutes. When my food was brought out I asked what the point is of placing an order online if everyone who places an order at the drive thru still got their order ahead of mine? He said they are crazy busy. No explanation or apology. I told him my order took 25 minutes longer than promised and he said, “Well you did go to the wrong place.” I know the customer is always right is antiquated, but blaming the customer when it is very unclear what to do is flat out rude.

Ordered inline for drive thru pick up, food was not ready at the time stated online. I had to wait 10 minutes after getting there. Once I got my order for a pick 2 combo, there was no soup, and they made my salad wrong to the point I could not eat it. The only nice thing was the shift lead was nice at getting me a refund.

Honestly this place is amazing. The food is incredibly tasty and high quality. Not sure why anyone would choose fast food over this place. I’m from out of town but will definitely be back!
