Honestly super great, Loved the service and the servers they were very sweet despite my mild grumpiness. I was there around 1 pm and got a Turkey provolone sammich as well as an iced mocha with almond milk and it was all very very good.

The place was filthy. Dust bunnies under the refrigerators, and dirty floor throughout the facility.
They didn't even mix my iced mocha. Talk about a group of people absolutely mailing in their effort.

The coffee is amazing and the staff are very helpful. I went to Caribou Coffee and I have an important diet because I can get really sick otherwise and the diet is low fat and little to no added sugar, so I needed help finding a coffee that would be ok for my diet and the staff there were super helpful with that and ended up finding a few options for me.
Always pleasant when I go thru the drive thru. I've only been inside a few times to use thr bathroom with was very clean. I like the drive thru better.

I thought it was just me, but someone else commented on food rationing. This coffee is not cheap is neither is my $4 tip on a $14 order. My coffee was nowhere near full. I always order the same drink and they filled the large three quarters of the way, then filled the rest with foam then a drizzle of whip. What!?!? Why am I paying more money for less?
And I am wondering if they are adjusting the sandwich for the ham and cheese croissant. I order it all the time at other locations and it usually has two slices of ham. This sandwich had only one slice that was folded in half to make it look like there was more. Then you open the sandwich and see this tiny square of meat. What is really going on? Starting to get disappointed with this location.

Payed almost 10 dollars for one drink asked to fill it completely and I get two drinks being less than half full and the rest foam if I could post a picture i would but what the heck is this ? Im pissed and its only this location that does this but im pressed over this garbage
