Friendly staff, line moves quickly, but I would guess that I get the wrong coffee at least half of the time. Always check your order, don't drive home thinking you got the right order.
Edit: went down to one star, they did it to me again today. 4 orders in a row I got my coffee with missing ingredients.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Never again. I gave them way too many chances and they keep letting me down. Their drinks are horrible and last time I order…it was WAYY too over priced especially for the drink being a small size and on top of that, it tasted like straight up medicine. Every time I give them a chance I get let down. Why am I paying almost $9 for a small size iced coffee?? And it doesn’t even taste good?! If I can rate them a zero, trust me I would. I don’t know how they can even make it up to me at this point. I don’t recommend wasting your money going there.

I love coming here in the morning on my way to work. I come through the drive thru. They are so quick no matter how long the line is, they are accurate, and polite. A great experience. I typically get a blended turtle mocha or a campfire mocha.
I ordered a hot chai latte and to my disappointment whatever I got was not even close to tea.
