I use this drive-thru often on Sunday mornings and am always pleased with the quality and the friendly service.
Vegetarian options: I usually get the grilled cheese. I always ask them to toast it on both sides because if I don't ask for it, regardless of what Caribou site I'm at, it is normally toasted on only one side.

Just ordered online a vanilla matcha latte, and they forgot to add the vanilla sweetener! I come here very often and haven't had an issue yet until today. Just thought I'd you know!

Wheelchair accessibility: Sort of accessible if people move or help with opening the door. Really uncomfortable trying to move inside so I have to go to the drive thru so I don't bother others
