Chanticlear Pizza Grill

We always love going to the Chanticlear grill! The food is always great, atmosphere is fun during the Initials game on Fridays and Bingo on Saturdays and just in general. We also recently tried their breakfast, which I was pleasantly surprised by. We will be a returning customer!

Our experience was really disappointing. Our server hardly checked in to see if we needed anything, and we also had to ask to order. We had to ask or get everything ourselves from silverware to side plates for our appetizer. When we ordered Canadian bacon, we were brought bacon bits on our pizza when she told me we had to be specific i told her that’s exactly what i ordered . On top of that, the server didn’t smile or seem welcoming at all. It felt like we were an inconvenience just being there. Definitely not the kind of service we expected. The place is very nice, it felt our server could use some more training

Originally couldn’t order unless my pizza order was over $25. It was at 24.99 not including tip tax’s and delivery fee. Add more to the order and then say not taking as soon as possible orders right now. Aren’t you a pizza place?? That doesn’t make sense. Guess I’ll order from your competitors.

The worst pizza .

The male bartender during the day gave me the worst service. I practically had to beg him to take my food and drink order. The wait staff here is terrible, they all seem upset. Pizza was good though.

Pizza was mediocre at best, service was slow and rude… even the bartender (Dan?) was rude. Both my waitress and later the bar tender acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. Never coming back again.

Ordered sausage on my pizza but instead you put meatballs on it (presumably because they were about to go bad.). If you were out of sausage and offering meatballs as a substitute you would have asked me. I order pizza from your place once a week every week. NEVER AGAIN

Been here many times, not a bad local dive bar. Place is clean and the food has always been pretty good. Service can be either excellent or non-existent. The only real downsides IMO - and others may not care - but the water tastes like it comes from a garden hose and the music seems to always default to some old-timey Country 'music' rubbish.

Would have been nice to try the pizza but know one wanted to wait on us. 2 tables of people & 8 people at the bar& we were totally ignored, after 15 min. we got up and left for Broadway pizza which was excellent pizza & service.
