Food was good the employees where very polite. The dining room was a complete mess came at 8:30 well after dining rush.

The best place to be. Their standard is starting to drop! Last two times we were there quaility was sub par. I do hope they can be back to thwir best as we do love this lpcation.

Experiences from multiple in person and online orders. For some reason, the meat portion is small for online orders. Very disappointing everytime I've make an online order.

First thing no brown rice without cilantro, told they mixed it all and never have any without. Barely any meat in my wife's bowl, I couldn't have any because of rice situation. And just rude a d crabby cashier person.

Update.
Returned to this location after placing a mobile order waited 35 minutes after my ready time and was missing items waited almost 10 minutes to get this corrected, after getting an employees attention, it seems they were out of one of the items so there was no need to tell us!
Uncaring staff and cold food, worth paying 30+ dollars!!!

Chipotle gets quite the bad wrap recently, which Is quite deserved, the food here is always good and rather fair portions which is hard to get from most locations, sadly one specific employee was rather rude, dismissive and impatient, we were ignored for some time before being helped, got unfair portions even when we asked for extra.
Just a very rude overall aditude, which is sad considering the rest of the employees are very kind and welcoming.
I'm discouraged from returning in the future,

They didn't hold back on portions... Surprisingly had leftovers!

Don’t know who peed in their koolaid but the staff and manager that work at night are insufferable. Always pissed off always short with you weather it’s busy or not. Really tired of this and will be going to the OTHER burrito place that starts with a Q- they smile, make eye contact, care about the meal they are making you. I’ve bit my tongue long enough, but enough is enough. If you don’t like your job find a different job. Nobody is making you work there.

How can a Chipotle be out of peppers? Or crispy taco shells? Two trips, two strikes.

I have doordashed as a dasher all over the cities and this one by far one of the worst in all levels coming from a customer and dasher. Wait times are longer than dinosaur years whether buying food or delivering. I see all the workers focus on 1 customer then switch to work on a doordash order then repeat. Night crew have very poor management. Reason why I say this is the worst for delivery is because you always see about 4-5 other drivers waiting past their designated pickup time.
