I have doordashed as a dasher all over the cities and this one by far one of the worst in all levels coming from a customer and dasher. Wait times are longer than dinosaur years whether buying food or delivering. I see all the workers focus on 1 customer then switch to work on a doordash order then repeat. Night crew have very poor management. Reason why I say this is the worst for delivery is because you always see about 4-5 other drivers waiting past their designated pickup time.

first: the entrance doors have a broken lock, you can only enter if someone is leaving. Second: the restaurant is very dirty, very disgusted working area, counter smeared with food , very unsanitary

DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff are very unfriendly not to mention uncleanly.. Their food does not look fresh. I threw up after eating here. Usually I suggest something to eat, button this case I would not suggest eating anything here. There customer service is a joke..

This is the only Chipotle that will randomly claim that the company doesn’t allow cilantro on the side. They give a new excuse every time, the last one it that it’s unsanitary to give a cup of cilantro on the side. This disgusted my coworkers and I so we will not be going back to chipotle until they tell us why giving customers cilantro is unsanitary. Not to mention this is the same chipotle that had a ROCK in their beans and broke my mom’s filling. So I completely believe that their ingredients are TRULY UNSANITARY.

They also stop making ingredients when they think it’s slow so going after the dinner rush is a complete waste of time because they do not post what ingredients they are not making anymore (which is normally about 25% of what is supposed to be on the line).

Please save yourself wasted time and frustration, just go to Qdoba or Pancheros because Chipotle (especially this location) has been a waste of time EVERY single time.

I expect in a couple days someone will respond “thanks for your input….” Just fix it. Based on the reviews and how long this location has been complete garbage, you guys do very very very little to actually address customer satisfaction complaints. Just fix it.

I just walked out from this establishment. There was a line to the door that was not moving and finally they told us there was no chicken at that time. So a bunch of people waited. They kept coming steak but no chicken. 10 mins later, I asked how long on the chicken, the girl stated, she was still not sure. Not only that, but the particular chipotle always runs out of the vinegarette for the salads and their portions have gotten even worse.

Ordered a head of time. Food was 30 mins behind I can understand that because it's Friday night but we didn't have full burrito bowls, missing ingredients and over cooked chicken. Very disappointed.

Cheap practices and poor service. Charged $1.5 for less than two ounces of cheese. Every other chipotle I go to gives a little extra cheese free with the kids meals. These guys charge 33% more for a bit of cheese
