Just wanna say the team navigated a super busy dinner rush and stayed calm, concerned about getting orders right and didn't lose patience with each other. Great experience, keep up the good work

I've never seen this location have enough staff. They burn out all their fast staff, and I think they're pretty much always hiring. Had to wait forever for an online order I showed up late to pick up, then they were out of chips so I was missing part of my order.

Dirty consistently. Kitchen tables and dining tables look like they are never cleaned. Ick.
Lots of team members moving in their area, not much help speeding up the lines.
Atmosphere was awful. It just is. Consistently.
