We ordered two bowls for takeout and our rice was extremely hard, we couldn’t really eat it. We immediately called the restaurant and asked if we could come back and switch out our rice. They completely remade our bowls for us! This was so generous and greatly appreciated.

i ordered a bowl from this place through doordash and it wasn’t even HALF of the bowl and usually when i order my bowl without ANYTHING extra my bowl is full to the brim. these workers knew that since it was a mobile order they DIDNT care to put MINIMUM portion atleast. selfish workers and doordash only gave me a 5$ refund.

Well me and my husband came to get a burrito this evening for a later dinner. We haven't had fast food in such a long time.and thought to treat ourselves. We left disappointed. The rice was hard like under cooked. The food lack flavor. And most importantly- I bit into a few bayleaves that was extra hard and whole. Caught me off guard. So disappointed 😞 I even had to take a picture of them.

Got a veggie bowl and it had multiple pieces of chicken in the guac. That kind of ruined my experience but the employees were great like usual. It must have been mixed in at some point because I didn't see it when they scooped so it was not their fault.

Went in to try the ques and they took old chicken and made my burrito because the chicken ques machine wasnt working. had an attitude because i asked for fresh. the two young black men qorking there waa nice though. i didnt even eat ny food and drove to another chipotle. terrible
