Great food! Lady at register at 7pm on November 30th with purple hair and tattoos was very rude it did not seem she was going to grab a bag and i asked politely she said “yeah i was getting there in a snarky tone” learn how to work customer service!!

To be fair, I've only frequented this establishment one time. There is another one that I go to much more frequently that is close to my house in the same city.

In this case, I ordered online for the first time. I was hesitant at first because I wouldn't be in the line watching how much meat they put on the carnitas burrito. (I have had to correct a low meat portion, at times, at the restaurant that I do frequent.)

What I feared came true. The burrito was all the vegetables with a tiny shred of meat that I would have refused to pay for had I been there in the line to see. It was the closest to eating a vegetable sandwich that I've ever come.

usually i love the quality of this chipotle but recently it hasn’t been very good, and im disappointed. today i ordered my burrito online for 11:20 and i got there before and it was ready so it wasn’t like it was sitting there very long, while eating my burrito, the carnitas i ordered it it were burnt and hard, not appetizing at all. i also ordered queso which is an extra $1 or so and i hardly got any, why should i pay extra for something that i get a teaspoon of. i will still be trying this location again but im disappointed that i spent $12 for a burrito that is not very enjoyable. hit or miss with this location.

It was a mess up on my order and sometimes I dont want to go throught the hassle of getting it corrected but I was glad I did. Melo made sure my order was fixed he didnt give me an attitude about fixing it. He apologized for the mishap. The store was clean and the food was fresh and good. His whole team that working had great customer service.

I typically dont leave reviews but I just have to give recognition when it is due. I've had the pleasure of interacting with this young gentleman a few times coming to this location and I would have to say this young man always give great customer service, the store is clean. I see him helping his team and going above & beyond. I came in tonight and he happen to be working on the grill so I was shock to my surprise he was one of the managers. You dont see alot of managers working hard like everyone else but I always see him working right along side his team that's just amazing to see that keep up the great work young man. You and your team gave great customer service tonight.

Rice always seems to be undercooked every time I decide to go there. Found a piece of plastic in my meal today. Gritty and crinkling lunch.. overall not a great experience.

Went to this chipotle on OCT 16th 2025 @ 730 pm. Got super busy. Black dude working definitely knew what he was doing and was helping people on the team out. Kudos to that guy. Dude grilling was crushing it too cuz the meat was fire. Good portions, and attitude overall.

I am either getting burnt chips or horrible, brown guacamole. I ordered my lunch right after they opened and I still had old guacamole with my order. How hard is it to have fresh items that I’m paying extra for??

I just got 2 bowls, one chicken and one veggie… they are so salty that we can’t eat them. I ordered the same things we always order… this is awful! Sadly, we live far enough away that it’s not worth driving back!
