Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have more locations to audit but this one in particular has serious issues with potion size, customer service and poor management it appears that chipotle corporation has given up on making sure customers are satisfied at this location they should just close the doors permanently because this location is giving chipotle’s a bad name forever.

This Chipotle takes care of me 3 to 4 times per week and every time the service, the food, the management and the team members make it a great experience.
It takes a lot to earn my trust when it comes to my food and this place has definitely earned it.

Small portions, didn’t have everything out, overcharging. The lady stepped away as she was supposed to be assisting me, had to wait for another employee to continue my order. Terrible service! Terrible employees! Don’t know what they’re doing, or playing like they don’t know what they’re doing so they can scam me…idk! But what I do know is I’ll never step a foot inside that place again!!! Horrible experience!!!

They’re skimping on the portions! Missing ingredients, and got the nerve to be Overcharging…how did a plain chicken bowl with queso on it, and a tortilla on the side cost $17.95??? They was playing me out of my coupon too…nah, zero stars!!!

We ordered two bowls for takeout and our rice was extremely hard, we couldn’t really eat it. We immediately called the restaurant and asked if we could come back and switch out our rice. They completely remade our bowls for us! This was so generous and greatly appreciated.

i ordered a bowl from this place through doordash and it wasn’t even HALF of the bowl and usually when i order my bowl without ANYTHING extra my bowl is full to the brim. these workers knew that since it was a mobile order they DIDNT care to put MINIMUM portion atleast. selfish workers and doordash only gave me a 5$ refund.
