The employees were very friendly. It would be nice to have extra seats though.

This location has gone downhill for many years, now today I went to buy a treat and the scratched into top of wood tables gone, the torn, dirty wallpaper is gone, the missing tiles floor area now have tiles, the wood looks freshened up, the prep area looks un-cluttered. Was shame for last six years or more was a pit. Love the ice cream, not sure they are putting in the portions of things other than ice cream to amount use to. Could definitely fit in four more tables and chairs, very limited area to sit and eat and watch the shoppers.

I went in to get a treat after work and the girl helping me, I think her name was Claire, was so friendly. I've never been here before but she made the time to talk about what she recommended. I will totally be going back she was so nice.

No one would come out of the back room to serve us.

So creamy and delicious ice cream!!! I mixed cookie dough with cake batter and an Oreo cookie in it. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows and glass in the place, they are nasty with handprints and streaks.

There was this brunette girl who was super nice, and helpful with my ice cream choices! Next time I come I’m asking for her she made me experience a 10/10

It smelled so foul here. Not sure what it was but it was unbearable.

Today I came to the store at 9:45p still open and when me and my family approached the door, the guy turned off the sign and locked the door, I understand is the 4 th of July and wants to be done but we were exited to get the ice cream and he rushed to closed.
It wasn’t polite and was I was deceived.

Terrible ice cream. Quality was worse than a cheap Walmart ice cream. It isn’t what it used to be and my family was so disappointed, we couldn’t even eat it and threw it out.

Weird business. When you search them on Google, it looks like they have a lot of sorbets — even plenty of nice pictures. But in reality, they don’t have any. Not on the menu, not for pickup or delivery. Zero. Just boring and pathetic Google search manipulation. I called 10 different locations - zero! They said that never even had it!

So Today 05-06-2025 about 8:30 pm I visited the ice cream shop as always at every concert of my son, everything is always very good, until today, my son asked for a large cup of ice cream and the person who was serving him told him no because it was too expensive and that he should ask for another size, my daughter asked for sprinkles on her ice cream and they didn't put them on it, my sister asked for nuts and they didn't put them on it either, I was the one who paid, they have no right to decide what ice cream we can or cannot order, if they were going to pay it would be fine for them to decide but I bring the money to pay for whatever my family wants,I really left there with a very bad taste in my mouth, terrible very TERRIBLE service🤬

My mom has arthritis really bad she ordered a cone they gave it to us over the high counter and it slipped out of her hand they did not replace it just made us clean it up and pay for it.

Could have gone through the drive through at mc Donald’s and gotten better service, the guy serving hardly spoke a lick of English and they were too lazy to make a shake and said they were out of milk, I could very clearly see a gallon of milk in the back on the counter. If you want any kind of quality service take your family down the street to the new baskin robins in Anoka

Best experience in a while I think we had a new staff blue hair name was Luka, she was very welcoming and did a great job!

Normally have decent experiences here, but today we tried to go in, waited in the lobby for 5 minutes, called out several times, and there appeared to be no one in the store. We have a cranky toddler with us, so we couldn't just stay and wait, especially considering no one answered back when we called out. Not only am I irritated at not receiving service and wasting my time, this seems like a danger to the business. We totally could have stolen whatever we wanted (we didn't, of course).
