Waiting forever keep on getting skipped was 88 for a pepperoni pizza the gave 89 a pepperoni pizza then continue until they cycle the number system reset really it ok to wait a decade when everyone else can get their pizza before you how is this even excepted made the young guy knew the expression on his face was told 25 to 30 they reset the number system when there number system was rest I ask after number 21 got their pizza minutes the first time after I ask second time they said no time they made a face the showing that they i ended up cussing them out and wanting to punch them in the face by they way whoever had 89 did even pay for their pizza yet told them to pay for their pizza before leaving with it I end up getting the pizza after the number count went to 70 that is a lot of bs

You guys need a new system for ordering pizza. I tried calling to schedule a pizza pickup and had zero success. I called over 20 times across 5 hours and never got through. This is AWFUL customer service.

I was eating a hotdog when it first opened. A lady shoots off her mouth to her kid. You're not eating a hotdog this early. I am not sure if her comment was meant for me lol! I already ate at 5 am lol!

So organized. Lots of employees to assist with any questions. It was my first visit. I was truly impressed.

What’s up with the Coon Rapids Costco? They now check your membership card when entering and once again (in-person) when using self checkout. You also need your membership card to start checking out. I guess I wouldn’t be upset about it if I was treated with an once of respect. The person assigned to checking membership cards was talking to another member and we proceeded to the checkout only to be rudely called back to her position. Is this a new policy and if so maybe a little communication to your members.

Burned my pizza then refuse to replace it, laughed and sent me to a membership desk for a refund refusing to do it in the food court.

Very slow and they gatekeep the parmesan and chilli flakes. Why would you put the straws on the counter? Either put them in the cup or put them where people need them.

Thank you to the gas attendant that was so kind to me this morning after I was reprimanded by another customer for pulling ahead and using the pump ahead of him. I had two little kids in the car, one of which was a newborn I just had less than 2 weeks ago who also happens to cry incessantly in the van. I was on the verge of tears when you assured me that what I did was right and the other gentleman shouldn’t have been berating me. Thank you for helping me pump my gas and just being a genuinely good human. Can someone please tell him how much I appreciate it, seeing as I could barely hold my composure until I got back in my van?
