30 DOLLARS WORTH OF DISSAPOINTMENT. Brought my daughter here for her first time after going to several other C&G locations and having a great experience. Staff was unhelpful, barely spoke at all. I was asking questions, clearly looking for guidance and got candid unhelpful responses. Food was so bland and boring. Will never visit this location again. My water and leaving were the two best parts.

We haven't been disappointed, every time we go we try something new and have yet to find something we don't like. So many fantastic options and it's always very fresh.

I visit a Crisp and Green every week and this one is by far THE BEST. From service to portions (yes, portions are different) this is better than others. My friend and I often drive here instead of the one closer to us because they are so friendly.

The food was absolutely amazing, gave 4 stars because they don’t accept cash still in order to “follow distancing”. It’s 2025, businesses continuing to operate certain ways as they did during COVID is OVER. I too am a restaurant owner and I’m blown away that other restaurants refuse cash.

Also, please remember, legally, you need to accept my cash as payment due to it being legal tender. If you refuse it then technically I would get my meal free…

I am neverrrr one to complain, but the portion sizes are getting out of control. i only go to crisp and green for acai bowls, but i might have to start going elsewhere. my husband picked these up for us today and when i saw them i was disappointed. for $25 the acai should be full ATLEAST half way. it's frustrating how inconsistent it's been. i've had amazing bowls from here that are filled about 3/4 and then the toppings above that. the toppings should be touching the lid like they always have. what i got was certainly not with the money. i hope this gets addressed because it would be a shame to have to stop going here.

Eat here often but every time I order, main ingredients are forgotten. Salads are good if they would remember all the items but the staff is less than enthusiastic about work. Giving 3 stars only because maple grove is so good and I don’t want to trash crisp & green.

I was so happily surprised that you were open on Memorial Day ! Always love to treat myself to this restaurant - the food is so fresh and good - the staff pleasantly makes substitutions to a menu item if you want/need.
Today the young man who waited on me (I'm sorry I didn't make note of his name) was hard at work keeping the place clean and welcoming, he was exceptionally personable and made kind conversation with me. Thank you so much, I'll be back !

Waited 20 minutes before anyone took our order! The person who finally waited on us must have been his first day. He struggled with the gloves for 5 minutes! Need to hire staff! Focused on mobile orders instead of people in line.
