Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip dinner. The covet on the sauce had fallen off and it tipped over on everything. The toast, was just bread buttered and wad crunchy, but not toasted. The chicken strip were hard and not hot. Very disappointing.

I stopped here on Saturday feb 15th around 9pm. I was greeted at the drive through with an unplowed/shoveled snowy drive thru.I order 2 large misty freezes. When we got our drinks they were the wrong size. Guy was nice. We get home and nearly finish our drink to feel something come up the straw. When i realized what had been in my mouth I threw up…. A EYELASH.

I spend a lot of money here. Me and my family of 7 eat here maybe once a month. But the last 2 visits our blizzards have been BARE. We don’t buy your $7 meal deals but full on meals and blizzards so paying $100+ and having 4 pieces of cookie dough in a blizzard sucks. The picture below is supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. 🫠 it was just ice cream with an accidental scoop of chips more so. This has happened twice now. My brother went back the first time and they remade it but we shouldn’t have to keep coming back for these errors. And the girl working drove through kind of had a snassy attitude. Didn’t let me grab a hold of the 2 drink trays properly and let go and it almost flew out the window. (she was the black young girl) then sat there and she looked at me and said “can I help you?” Yea is the order out the window and your done handing me items?” Like thanks for letting me know we’re good 👍

This place doesn't even respond to complaints from corporate, good luck getting any sort of resolution if you encounter a problem with your order as the manager on duty will just tell you to email corporate for a refund? No, I will not be giving any dairy queen anywhere another chance after this horrible representation of customer service.

Ordered a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard......not 1 single chunk of cheesecake. Ordered a marshmallow malt, barely had any marshmallow flavor (asked for no whipped cream) go it with a nice huge dollop of whipped cream. Took 10 minutes. I understand if it's busy but I was the only car at the time in the drive thru while the dine in restaurant was empty. Disappointed

Polite service and good ice cream.

They couldn't get an order right if it saved their lives. The last five orders we've had something has been wrong. So if you don't mind never having a correct order by all means
eat here. I will never again.

My stacker burger was microwaved WITH the lettuce, tomato, pickles on it. It’s bad enough they microwaved it but with everything on it is a new level of lazy to be honest. AND it was so hot I couldn’t eat in I had to take it home. Do better Dairy

We were here on 09/25 to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff were extremely nice and added a little “happy birthday” to his cone, which was such a cute, kind gesture! My son knocked over his dad’s shake, and they were kind enough to help fix it. I don’t normally write a lot reviews, however I forgot to say thank you throughout the chaos :)

Hats off to the management and crew working at Dairy Queen today Tuesday 9:24 2024I was there with my stepson with project power.

Very rude customer service, the bogo deal would not work on my app and then they said they could that I couldn't get a large blizzard and my daughter a medium or small they had to be the same size. Always at the other dairy queens you pay for the larger one and the smaller is the free. But this one you can't. And the blizzard j got was not even a full cup. Won't be coming back to this one!
