This has become one of the worst dqs.
Can't get a order right then bothered when you return for what you paid for. I've given it a couple trys and it's gotten worse.

First visit ever to this location. Went through the drive through line. Got our order taken almost immediately but had to wait a few minutes just for two Crunch cones. Employee was very nice and professional. Cone size was larger than most other locations we visit on a regular basis. Kind of dark behind the building but was a very good experience!

Service and food quality has really gone in the toilet the past year or two, not sure what changed but definitely will NOT be back to this location.

Worst dairy queen I have ever been too. They take beyond forever to get just 2 blizzards. I will take my business elsewhere. We have been waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 blizzards. Just beyond ridiculous.

Tonight 9/3/25 there were two younger ladies working and they we’re just wonderful all around there attitudes there service and a the food was great and they offered to make my dog a pup cup you just don’t see much service like this anymore and it definitely made our night!!

My daughter and I had dinner here tonight and left feeling terrible. We witnessed a worker, maybe 16 years old, get berated by his boss for a solid 15 minutes over putting ketchup on someone’s burger when they later claimed they didn’t want it like that. It was so bad that an unrelated customer came up and told him that a simple mistake didn’t warrant humiliating the kid in front of everyone, but it persisted for like 10 more minutes, right in front of the entire place. It was so unprofessional and mean. This used to be my favorite DQ before the new owners took over, but I doubt I’ll ever be back. Two different customers remarked, “if that was my son, there’d be trouble right now..”

Spent $20.00 for a small dipped cone, a mini blizzard, a small sundae, and a small blizzard. The chocolate dip was thin and runny, both blizzards had hardly anything in them, and the chocolate in the sundae was thin and runny. Not one of us finished. Never going back.

Incredible customer service

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a fry then for some reason the server added onion rings even tho I didn’t say add onion rings at all. Horrible customer service.
