Well I ordered the shrimp basket with a large Coke I get home and the shrimp ain't even cooked I also got a chocolate sundae medium I got it home and the chocolate taste like they went and bought some generic chocolate to put over the ice cream it tastes nasty I don't know what's going on with this place but it was totally disgusting

I go here often with my family, the service here in the last couple years has gotten really good! The people are usually friendly, helpful, don’t get orders wrong. They’re quick, and whether it’s food or treats, they’re made really well.

Friendly and attentive staff--always greeted with great smiles whenever we go there. Grill food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Dining area is neat and clean. Overall great experience!

ordered from doordash. ordered a red velvet blizzard and got a oreo one instead…still will eat it but my god take it off the menu then

What a greasy and sloppy mess. Got a burger and fries that proceeded to fall apart in my hand. As a pool of greace and sauce pooled in my sandwich container. The fries were all right, no complaints about them. But the soda from the machine's tasted a little off. Like that hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Don't think I'll be coming back to this place.

Went in to get a birthday cake for my son, looked at the selection to see majority of them were badly freezer burnt, no dates posted on the cakes as to expiration date or the date they made them. Unfortunately, one of the cakes that looked like the rest had the word VOTE on it so I can only assume its over a month old. We bought our cake elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience tonight at this D. Q. location. I asked if they made a Nestles Crunch blizzard. Due to an ability to communicate remotely in English by the fellow at the counter, I spent $6 for the most disgusting cup of mystery blizzard I have ever experienced! It was so awful it went into the trash. I asked to have it replaced since it was so awful. No luck. My husband’s Oreo blizzard was as advertised. Won’t return to this D. Q.

I stopped inside today and placed my order. I let the cashier know what coupon i wanted to use and then my partner ordered. Before i checked out he asked which coupon i wanted to scan and then argued with me about weather i had already told him or not. I remained calm and told him there is no need to argue. The cashier's name was Neil according to the receipt. Usually I have a good experience at this location. My blue raspberry freeze has chocolate in it and my bun was dirty. Not impressed today...

Food tasted good. But ketchup tasted bad, like expired. Also the Dr. Pepper fountain definitely had a bad mixture or wrong flavor altogether. Tasted like Cherry Coke. Sad to see this location start to go downhill.
