I recently visited your Dairy Queen location and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite waiting 15 minutes at the front of the line to order, nobody acknowledged us. After finally placing our order, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our food, only to discover it was missing items. The most frustrating part was being told certain items were unavailable, despite witnessing other customers receive them. This inconsistency and lack of attention to detail made it the worst experience ever. The food tasted horrible and the employees were hard to understand. Extremely disappointed.

This was closed and reopened but no interior update. Beware new owner likes to nickel and dime customers, 0.79 cents for one dipping sauce. Crew still very new. Issues with digital menu, I wanted the new Blizzard flavors but they didn’t have them. Chicken strips were available but had a “not available” on the item. Owner does not know how to program a digital menu. Worker did not flip the first Blizzard I ordered (you go for the experience). Would NOT go back, would NOT recommend this DQ. I spend $30 for 4 small “meals”(still hungry) and $5 for a small Blizzard. I would go to a Culver’s if you want a better value. Culver’s Concrete mixers are $5 for a “medium” size, it’s about twice as big as a DQ small Blizzard. I don’t generally go to DQ but they had a buy one get one Blizzard promotion (no new flavor at the time).

We have always loved this spot! But with the new owners came the pains of change. If you have a child looking to work here beware!!! They do not manage well, we had an instance where they did not pay on time although the checks had the correct date, there have been bounced checks, they charge their employees to utilize direct deposit and will not tell kids when they may leave. They are understaffed and the kids there are doing their best! But we will no longer support this location after the experience of how they treat their employees.

The only thing I had a problem with was that the restroom temperature was set to broil. I told the cashier and he said he would turn it down. The employees were very nice even to my repetitive mom!! I would go there again.Parking: Very little cars at the time I was there. So.....um plenty of spaces.

Stopped with a DQ coupon after donating blood next door.A young " very snippy" lady informed me immediately what the coupon does NOT cover...Turned away to the customer. ON her microfone. Her co- worker ( male) acted very apologetically. I decided to leave without using YOUR COUPON!!!PROCATIVE ATTITUDE+RUDENESS towards a real- life customer using an email coupon:---Using a different location..She was providing friendly service towards customers on her mike...Not a customer enrolled to your REWARDS PROGRAM. trying to use a benefit DQ sent me.Next blood drive Feb 15.2024 at VFW Anoka..

Violently ill from food poisoning. Every day I have the same 2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, and last night for dinner I had a burger and onion rings from this location. I’m home sick today with classic food poisoning symptoms — in my job I’m trained to recognize those. It’s the only food I ate besides my every-day breakfast & lunch. I wanted to call to let staff here know about it but she was dismissive and basically just said “okay. No one else had those symptoms.” As a manager in food service myself, I’d said “maybe talk with last night’s staff about cooking food long enough?” to which she was dismissive again. I’m not confident in the food safety at this location. Tasted good and I ate all of it but Oo it was a mistake. It’s a shame because I work less than 5 mins away but I won’t be back. I’m bummed I spent the $13, threw it all up & missed a day of work.(Also the more I’m looking at reviews, it seems the owner posts the same “I’m sorry I hope you give us a chance” message on multiple negative reviews, so I’m definitely not feeling confident that positive changes are being made when issues arise, such as money back or communication with the team about the problems. Edit: I also saw multiple reviews, not just 1, about employees & managers not wearing gloves, so maybe cross contamination was the problem that made me sick rather than the cook time). :O

My custom cake was amazing I asked for a murder mystery themed cake for my friends bday party and told her to do whatever she thinks would look good and she did AMAZING!! Everyone was so happy with the way it turned out she killed it! Highly recommend this location!

The staff is friendly enough but NONE of them wear gloves. I watched one young lady "man handle" an order of fries and when one of those fries fell onto the counter, she picked it up with her un-gloved hand and added it back into the bag of already touched fries. Super gross.

We've been going to this DQ for 5+ years. Custom ordered cakes many many times. Today was our first bad experience. Something seems to have changed. Our cake has never looked so wrong and so badly made. Looks like we won't be going back to this location again.
