The food is good when they get your order right but their customer service needs serious work. Service is slow, management is unapologetic and rude. Atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable with music so loud you cant even hear your own thoughts. Do not recommend this location, Plymouth is a much better store

Chattanooga, TN location: All tables were dirty. I had to ask someone to clean a table and then asked for an additional wipe to clean the greasy sticky chairs. I didn’t look around until we’d already ordered. Also, they weren’t that busy. Went to the counter to get napkins and they were out. Asked for napkins, but all they had were the plastic tableware kits. Ordered 3 bottled waters, but they hadn’t been refrigerated. The chicken was actually pretty good, but the milkshake was runny and chunky. Didn’t complain at the restaurant because I already decided I wouldn’t be back after seeing how dirty it was. Went to throw our trash away and the trash was so full that it was accumulating on top of the trash disposal. It was only 12pm when I was there, so I think the trash was left from the night before. Needs new management. VERY disappointed!

Chicken rub was gross and it was $3.99 for what they called large container of ranch and it wasn’t much bigger a sauce from McDonald’s
