Way over cooked mushy chicken. Ultra use of paprika on chicken and fries! Should have left after not seeing any other cars parked here. Needs to take his business back to Los Angeles and Not poison us here in Minnesota!

it was soooo good. first time comeing here and the cashier asked if I was new and he gave me his suggestions on what to order ( which helped me greatly) and food came out perfectly with right amount of spice 🙂↕️

I am Sorry to say Chicken is not cooked well I don’t have good experience with my family it could be my first and last day in this location
We tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time. We ordered takeout with the app. The order went smoothly, and the food was good. My wife had the two slider meal with mild, and I had the two slider meal with hot and extra hot. I also got an extra tender strip to try the Reaper. My wife the mild was good, but could have tried the medium. I liked the hot and extra hot, but the Reaper was to much for me.
The fries were good, but the kale slaw was pretty bland. I would say that the chicken was good, but it's not a great value. You are paying a premium for spicy chicken. I think I would have enjoyed other chicken sandwiches places just as much, but for half the price.
Update, we go here almost every week.

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!
