From the moment we walked in to the minute walking out we were treated absolutely amazing and not to mention the food was extraordinary AND the service was absolutely amazing also. Came to have a bite to eat and we got some amazing portions of food also. Every single worker had smiles on their faces. Was a very good experience and will definitely be back again. After searching the internet for any place that kids eat free on a Saturday, all I could find was IHOP. I hadn’t been to an IHOP since I was a kid because I didn’t remember it being all that great. I’m now 32 now so it’s been awhile so I decided I’d give it another chance since money is so tight right now. I get there and there is literally nobody there other than one older gentleman sitting alone. The server Elisa comes to seat us and looked angry from the get go. No smile or friendly greeting as you’d expect. Seemed more annoyed to see us than anything. I ask about the kids eat free deal and I am told they no longer do the kids eat free. I was upset but decided to stay because my kids were starving and it was already after 6pm. Wish I didn’t. I ordered the smokehouse combo. It allegedly comes with sausages, but no. I was given a straight up hot dog sliced down the middle. I 1000% know the difference between how the two look and taste and this was without a doubt not a sausage, gross. My hash browns appeared fine at first but the bottom was so burnt I could barely cut a bite out with my fork. Ick. Eggs were a bit watery/rubbery, and pretty much cold. Yuck. I politely complained to the server and asked her to please take off a kids meal anyway since I couldn’t even eat most of my meal. She said she can’t. I asked for a manager, there was none there. I asked how to contact one, she said I don’t know, call I guess. I said how ridiculous it was for me to pay almost $50 for the meals when mine was nothing like expected. She took off a pop. She’d already been getting an attitude with me since I asked for money off the bill and I was so unhappy with the food and service and money is so tight so I only put a 1$ tip on my tab. (I’m normally a decent tipper bunt was not going to do more than that for what I received, but I also cold never not tip a server, so I gave her 1$. As soon as she saw the tip she was verge offended and am got even more snappy with me and basically told me she could give me the tip back because I obviously needed it more than her. I did no I don’t want it keep it and she kept arguing and rushed to the back to go get a $1 bill to give back to me. We got up to start leaving and she comes rushing over with the build snapping I’m”I guess you don’t want this then” I said no, I told you that, I’m not comforeablel leaving here and not giving you at least some tip, and I left in tears ( I cry when I get angry/ upset ) I can’t believe the amount of money I had to spend on such garbage food and service. I will definitely NEVER be going back to an IHOP again, that’s for sure.

The customer service was terrible , the bathrooms smelled horrible n horrendous . After we were seated , the waitress did not bring my kids any crayons and when they did they only gave them one crayon !!! IHOP used to give you a pack but I don’t know what happened to that . A elder lady was causing a disturbance n the food was o-Kay . Overall the atmosphere is boring and dry , also very cold . There was no music playing it was it just an unpleasant experience .
Food & service was average. As of right now there is no free kids meals with a purchase of an adult meal, which was disappointing. We thought this deal was still going on which definitely changed the ending outcome of the whole experience. Please return the kids eat free deal, if deal doesn't return we will not be returning due to the average price per meal is between $20 to $30 if you actually want a decent drink with your meal.

Christina was our waitress and she was fantastic, we had to wait for a while, and she continued to apologize the whole time even though it wasn't her fault. There was also another man next to us eating at the time. She was very understanding the whole experience with anything we needed, whether it be more time figuring out what we needed or wanting more of something. We are 100% coming back just for the experience, and I hope everyone gives this lady all the respect and tips she's deserves because she 100% earns them. The only downside was there were some employees, and I'm assuming their friends were just hanging around talking while she was running around on her own looking really stressed out. I'm not really sure how their team runs there, but it looks like they could work on teamworking and helping each other out a little more and not talking to friends and family
