Me and my boyfriend went today and the manager Dane was amazing! It was a snowstorm and they were so nice to be there! Dane made our sandwiches and we made small talk and he was very friendly and helpful! we had called previously to inquire about a deal and he explained everything. overall a surprisingly memorable experience due to his kindness. store was also very clean, and the sandwiches were the best i’ve had from Jimmy Johns. I don’t tend to leave reviews but figured great experiences are just as good to review as bad ones.

1/31/25 - I'm not one to write reviews, but tonight was my 3rd time getting my order wrong with the night shift employees. I asked for a gargantuan and the new kickin' chicken wrap, I was charged and given a country club instead of the gargantuan and a chicken caesar wrap instead of the kickin' chicken wrap. When I informed them that it was completely wrong, they were nice enough to make my kickin' chicken and the gargantuan with out charging me the difference, the 2 ladies were very nice, Although the blue haired one did get a slight attitude when informed of the issue. The younger male always has a certain attitude when I walk in and makes me uncomfortable. I will not be coming back to this location. It's sad I'm writing a review but 3 times is too much to have my order wrong.

Was here last night to give this place a second chance.. everything looked ok. I got home to find not only a long blond hair in my sub but also the bread was so hard it was unreal for takeout.. I had to remake it at home with regular bread. The problem is there employees, and how they handle their food.. I will never return to this Jimmy John's. If I could I'd rate this store 0*

It is unfortunate to have to leave a one star review on one of my favorite go-to’s around here and my honestly religious delivery to-go. This location specifically has failed It’s customers immensely. Extreme lack of communication, possibly workers I’m not too sure what it is. But I can name four occasions when my delivery did not get delivered, I had to reach out to the store myself every single time on their behalf because I never received one single phone call. There was only one attempt to it right and this was AFTER I had to call back up three times on different days, and then eventually show up at the store in order to get my “credit” that the dude seemed super confused about. Talking to anyone at this location is a nightmare. The manager seems like he was lobotomized at 12 years old. I tried to keep giving this location a chance, and it happened almost every single time. Very disappointed, but I love JJ’s rider for life. I’m just glad I am moving away from this location and hope the service/lack of managerial duties get solved very soon.

Terrible customer service! Went in at 10:30, right at open. Person who I assumed to be the manager was super unprofessional. As I was in there, he asked an employee if they were clocked in and then told them “to make them self useful then” as the employee was in the middle of already doing something. While trying to order I had asked if there were any meats that were cooked or could be toasted and lady who helped me wasn’t sure and had to ask another employee who obviously had an attitude about it and couldn’t really answer my question fully. We ordered a Pepe and the meat was supposed to be ham and they put some other meat and no ham which is no big deal but when we went back to the store to have them fix it, the manager was rude and snatched the sandwich out of our hand. Never going to this place again. How is someone so pissed off at 10:30 in the morning??? Get a new manager!!
