I love jimmy johns, but this location in specific does not deliver their orders. This has been a reoccurring problem over the years, and I dont mind picking up my orders but the lack of communication is disappointing.

Only reason it is going down a little for me is it seemed like the employees didn't really care. Food is always good but employees didn't seem excited to be their and one seemed especially not wanting to be their, which is understandable, its a sandwich shop i dont everyone to be excited but you at lease should want to try to show up present for customers. Other than that it's a good jimmy johns, other employees ive worked with here have been better about being friendly especially with the environment
Also a new kid who was working decided to try to give us our other sandwich that he set down incorrectly and landed in the trash. He then proceeded to atill not care as the only coworker their seemed to actually care and scolded him to not give customers food from the trash. Def feel bad for her.

There was 7 people in there and the 3 staff decided to just talk and argue amongst themselves cussing and screaming over making everyone’s food. Waited around 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Very disappointing.

Jimmy John's has truly surprised me with their new toasted menu. I was never a big fan before, but the changes they've made really turned things around.
I had the Toasted Ultimate Italian with a little bit of ranch and Kickin’ Ranch, and it hit all the right notes. The sandwich was fresh, full of flavor, and just the right size to satisfy my appetite.

Steven is there working his butt off alone… on a holiday. Being someone in retail, when people call off on days like this, it hits us hard individually, because now he has to deal with the flow on a holiday alone. As a company I hope you recognize him for his hard work. It’s really easy to get frustrated & overwhelmed in situations like that, Steven made my food neat & delicious despite the rush of people he’s juggling. He didn’t give any attitude, or let it effect his mood. He’s handling the situation with Grace & professionalism. Thank you for feeding me on my lunch break Steven, you got this!

Many good experiences here. New person on the register, good dude helped her. Both seemed high. Whatever, came up with a good sandwich in the end.
Never again! Ordered my food online about 15 minutes after they were open for ASAP delivery. I didn't get my food until 1 hours and a half later. Called after an hour and was told a few more minutes, they were slam. Which i understand. I Had to called back 25 minutes later since my food hasn't showed up yet. Was told it'll be another 5 minutes. I'm sorry, but jimmy john is not worth waiting an hour and a half for.

Just ordered food and got the wrong order and they didn’t care to fix it or even put a note in the system for next time. I even tipped 10 dollars. I’m just never going to tip them again I’ll get my money back that way ? thanks jimmy johns this will actually save me money

When did jimmy John's start outsourcing their delivery through Uber?! The entire point of jimmy John's is to get your food fast. I could have ordered a pizza and gotten it faster. I will never order delivery from JJ again if they continue to get rid of what made them great and continue to just mimic every other sub shop.
