This place is a scam!!! I used a coupon for $4.99 and was charged over $7.50 total…how in the world is tax 50% of the total cost??? I asked why it was so high and the cashier just joked it off and said “prices are crazy these days” -nah, y’all out here scamming people these days!!! When I asked for a receipt this man had the nerve to hand me the receipt with the bag, then sneakily snatched the receipt back thinking I didn’t notice…but I DID!!! I just didn’t feel like arguing over $2.55 I will never in my life go back to that place!!!

This location is by far notorious for lesser portions on orders filling containers 1/2 to 3/4 full ans getting about 3/5 order right in terms of expected quality as the last order i had the chicken was dry, the coleslaw was dry ( all cole no slaw), and the potatos containers were around 3/4 normal (as compared to the blaine location near lowes)

If I could give them a zero for this day I would. I picked up my order and got home only to find out the extra crispy chicken was no completely done on the under side of the skin there was dough or uncooked batter. The side order was mash potato no gravy and Mac n cheese instead I got mash potato with gravy and coleslaw. My drink was zero sugar Pepsi and you guessed it I got a regular Pepsi. I have been attempting since June 18th to contact them but no one answers the phone or they pick up then hang up. I'm calling corporate today as I have made my last attempts to reach out. Unacceptable customer service

When I ordered my food a Mexican girl got the whole order wrong she had to go get another girl to take the order when we got our food it was so salty we bearly eat it plus we had waffle 4 of them she only gave us to small packs of sauce I told about the problem did nothing about it I wanted my money back that was a no we spent 33.93 cents at 8770 university Ave N.W I would appreciate it if I get my money back or another meal I have the receipt 5/22/2025 Thank you hopefully you look into who you got working for you 😠 😡 😤

Went to KFC to try the new Chicken and waffles and surprisingly enough the waffle is actually better than what I thought it would be. It has a little maple flavor on it but it's nice. It's crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Two pieces of chicken were good. I think you might have something KFC just move to Fridley recently. So the one in Fridley across from northtown is our go-to KFC now. Food is always hot and fresh!!

I went inside to order instead of using the drive-thru, but while the drive-thru orders were moving quickly, I had to keep waiting. On top of that, I ordered a 12-piece meal, but when I got home, there were only 10 pieces.
