First we got there and there was no one at the front it took 3 people walking by to get some help. It was so loud in there and the person who sat on the booth opposite us kept rocking the seat. We never got ginger and wasabi even though we requested it. The soy sauce they gave us was practically empty. Then we had to put our orders in several times because we never received everything.

Nothing better than starting your day with an ice cold Sapporo and some fried dumplings. Yum!

First place I've ever had sushi, and I've come here three times now. They've got an all you can eat lunch for about 20 bucks and I'd say the quality is worth it. They've got a fairly wide array of sushi, sushi rolls, tempura, and even soups (planning to try their Ramen next time I go.) As well as some fried options, like scallops, spring rolls, dumplings and quite a bit else, most of which I still need to try.
Honestly I'd suggest this place during the week for lunch for sure! Will definitely have to see how it is at dinner time, too.

First time there, and tried the all you can eat for variety. The sushi wasn't that good, most were overstuffed with veggies and it tasted like it. Fried rice was decent but over cooked. The salmon was dry and over cooked. Maybe some people would prefer a more vegetable filled sushi roll but we didn't care for them.

The service was excellent, the restaurant was very clean and nice. It's just too bad the food wasn't what we are into.

It makes me very sad to give this place such a low review - for a long time, it was our favorite place to go eat when we wanted to have a special date night, or we felt like we needed our spirits uplifted.

But out of the last few times we've gone, we've had to deal with enormous wait times (20+ minutes for any servers to show up at our table), being sat at sticky and unwashed tables, having food we ordered just never showing up, food coming out of the kitchen very slowly and sometimes cold, and very absent servers. This last time we went, we showed up an hour before lunch time ended, and when the bill showed up it was priced for dinner time, even though we hadn't asked for any food after dinner time began, and were given zero heads up from our server about last call for orders like usual.

I feel very disappointed - for how expensive it is (even with lunch prices) - I just don't feel like it's worth it to eat here now. I would really like to come back and change this review for a more positive rating, but even though I will miss it, I just don't know if I will feel compelled to eat here again for a long while after these experiences. :(

Oh where do I start? Well let's start off where we went in at lunch and the good stuff on the menu was crossed off in whiteout. Then when we received our little plates for sushi one was dirty and we asked the waiter for a new one so he took the plate went into his cubby and whiped it off with a rag and brought it back. Umm thats not washed its still not clean. I dont think I'll ever come here again.

Been sitting here for 10 minutes &no one has said one word to me. It's not busy, it's 12:30pm on a Monday. Multiples employees came to the host stand and didn't say a word to me. Weird. Just left.

Delicious and very reasonably priced, this was one of the best sushi experiences Ive had! The rolls and nigiri were awesome, and our wait staff was very attentive but not pushy. We enjoyed the lunch buffet very much, and will certainly be back.

If 0 stars were possible I would give them.
Where do I start.. 1. I waited 20 minutes for my scheduled ahead pickup order. 2. The sushi was terrible, everything was overtly sweet including the rainbow and Philly rolls. I don't order the Midwest let's cover everything in a sauce sushi so overly sweet isn't something that I should have tasted. 3. The chicken teriyaki my husband ordered was dry, unseasoned and tasted like leftovers sitting in the fridge for a week not quite spoiled but you probably shouldn't risk eating it. The chicken was on top of some weird fajita type mix with a tiny cup of teriyaki sauce. No sauce on the dish itself. So it wasn't really chicken teriyaki. There also were 0 utensils, ordinarily not an issue but we just moved. The ONLY thing good was the fried rice that came with the chicken. I've eaten at different locations and never had an issue. But this location we'll never step into again.

Went here with my wife on our 3 year wedding anniversary. Waited 30 minutes after we had ordered our food and our food still had not arrived. We watched a group of 6 people walk in and get food before we received our orders. It took almost 1 hour before we had received our food. I was red in the face because I was so angry. No apologies for the long wait. Its like we didn't even exist. I didn't bother ordering again as I didn't want to wait another hour for more food. To say I was disappointed is a big understatement.

Seems to be not as good as other braches of Kyoto Sushi.

-Shrimp Tempura was soft and not crispy. Seems to have sat under a lamp for a while
-Salmon Sashimi tasted like it was straight from the frozen refrigerator.
-Beef Teriyaki wasn't very tender and is harder to chew than before

+Steamed rice was still pretty good
+Snow mountain roll was still good.

Not sure why the quality has fallen this dramatically.

A wonderful experience! Our server Alexis was great and very friendly! The food was excellent and came out fast, we did the all you can eat, and it was fun to try all the different options. A little expensive, but it makes sense for all the seafood.

A child younger than me asked me for ID when I was about to spend 80 dollars at the establishment. I have a face tattoo and I'm literally at least ten years older than Joe. Retrain your employees if you don't want to lose money. Next time the person might not be so polite as me. I hope the next person breaks joes arms
