I always order for pickup. I never get all my food. Like this time today. I didn't get my point of white rice and dessert (chocolate covered) fortune cookies. The food is always good. It's just exhausting spending money here and always missing food.

I've been there three times, usually on Sunday for dinner. It looks like most of the food has been sitting there for too long. I've worked on several restaurants and fast food as a teen. We always had to put a little sign up to tell us when to put in fresh food. Apparently this Leeann Chin's doesn't care if they serve fresh food or food that's been sitting there all day. Maybe they're trying to save money but it's not good whatever they are doing. The service has always been prompt although they could use more friendly staff who smiles and seems to actually want to help you. The atmosphere is nothing exciting but usually clean.

Chicken was burnt and smelled bad immediately as soon as I took off the lid. Food was delivered by Grub Hub driver in a timely manner. I called and talked to employe and explained problem with inedible food. She said would let manager know. No esponse from store. Will dispute charges with credit card ompany. Second time I got bad food from this location. If I could drive, would have refused this food before leaving. Disgusting!!

I am never one to write reviews so this goes to show how bad this place is. Chicken tasted so off i thought I was gonna throw up, same goes for the fried rice. Idk what the hell they did to mess up all of that food but I’ve seriously never had such a bad experience food wise at a chain and it’s actually ridiculous.

One of my favorite Leeann chin locations by far, staff is always friendly, area is always clean, and food is always up to par. The Mexican lady that works there is super super nice. As well as Calvin and max. Both super nice and have a good flow together.
These are the type of workers we need! Keep it up guys. Will continuously return to this location when I’m in the area.

Employees sat and stared at me when I asked for my online order, like they've never seen someone do it before.
3 workers stared at me instead of helping me and let the one person actually working finish and start helping me. I feel bad for her.
Online order was late, didnt start half my order until i was already waiting for 10 minutes and 3 customers were served before my order was complete. Go somewhere else
Not good at all. Egg rolls leave a sour aftertaste. It’s cheap for a reason I tell you that.

Walked in to the store with all clean tables, clean bathroom, and immediately amazing customer service by the associate Calvin. Had a pretty big order and Calvin showed great hospitality and an amazing attitude. Left the store with a smile on my face and it made my day. Food was amazing!

You might not get sick the first time you visit or feel it the same day. I unfortunately got sick and woke up the next day and have been vomiting and running to the bathroom. Like others have said cleanliness is not the best. Floor and food trays are sticky.
