Breakfast is good but any other time of day not so much. Burgers are to expensive to be lukewarm same with chicken nuggets.

So these coupons that you get on your phone are holding everything up and then people not knowing how to use them going to the get their food and order stuff over their coupons everybody has to wait for them I don't use them I don't see why I have to wait. I do think they did great though with the food as far as it goes the price of the food was Way cheap but the food was way cheap as well so you get what you pay for I guess great value just rid of everybody's coupons holding me up when I don't even use them I'm not asking for a cheaper I'll pay their price I just want my food so I can go.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered our food and was denied our food. Told us to cancel the order but our order was already being prepared the app said so we couldn’t even cancel it. Had to go around the drive thru again just to find out our food was sitting there cold. Staff is not trained well. Basically robots working.

Got our discourage order wrong twice. Outside dining area is much better than inside. Tons of birds that love fries 🍟 don't feed them, you will get yelled at.

I’m 53 years old and have eaten Big Macs occasionally my whole life. This is the first location that has served me one that was undercooked. 🤮. I will not ever go back to this location.

Placed a mobile order last night after taking the kids to bunker beach. Took 10 minutes for us to drive to McDonald's. We had to wait for our 60 nuggets, fries and 4 McChicken and 4 mc doubles. Which is fine. I specifically ask for sauces for the nuggets and ketchup. After waiting for 10 minutes, the girl brought out our food. I specifically asked if the sauce and ketchup were in the bag. She said yes. We had too many food and fries so I drove away to the Lions park down the street only to find no ketchup, not the sauce we asked for for the nuggets and no napkins 🤦🏻♀️

Was missing items when I got home. This wasn't the first time they forgot items for me at this location. Called and was told I could come back in the future. Came back two weeks later and was told they couldn't find my name in their book for missing items. No customer service at all. I will not be supporting this location.
