This place always leaves something off your meal. They like to skip the bacon you paid for on a quarter pounder. Their fries are only have full. You wait forever for service.

I can go to a place that doesn't get my order right and then doesn't even give me all my food. I spent $30 at this McDonald's to not even get all my food. Even if I can get it later just the mere fact of having to drive all the way back there for some fries is even more frustrating

I worked for McDs for +20 years so I am pretty picky about my food and the quality. Unfortunately this location often misses the mark especially on special orders. However they definitely make up for it with friendly, fast service. So if you do need to speak with someone about a mistake they all correct it with a smile. We literally go here every day for frozen cokes and hot fries. I would recommend just check your order before leaving the store.

Haven't come here the past year but lately I've been craving mcdonalds. I've gone here 2 times in 2 weeks and both times the service is terrible. Usually I'm not a stickler for fast food having good service like,, it's mcdonalds. But the first time I went, the girl in backbooth with blonde/brunette hair and panda eyes took 3 minutes to get to me in the drive through and answered with 'can I help you?' I was kind of taken back after waiting with no one asking for just a minute and being greeted with like I wasn't just waiting 3 minutes for any activity. She had no voice and while taking my order for 3 people she just kept saying 'anything else?' And when I asked for something and she didn't understand i repeated and she just went 'what' almost dumbfounded at my request. Fast forward a week and a half it was basically the same exact thing. Food is always great Back booth girl just struck a nerve and should just work dishes 😭
When I walked in I was absolutely amazed! The remodel made it look less like fast food! They had forgotten some of my food so I had to go in. They were busy, but they were quick to help me 😁 they got 5 ⭐ across the board because they were very helpful and fast about helping me.
