Let's face facts, it's mcdonalds. This locale seems to have issue with specialty orders or getting food out in a timely manner (20 minutes on 1/4 pounder with no line recently). I understand that everyone has a bad day but this location seems to be having more than usual.
I worked for McDs for +20 years so I am pretty picky about my food and the quality. Unfortunately this location often misses the mark especially on special orders. However they definitely make up for it with friendly, fast service. So if you do need to speak with someone about a mistake they all correct it with a smile. We literally go here every day for frozen cokes and hot fries. I would recommend just check your order before leaving the store.
When I walked in I was absolutely amazed! The remodel made it look less like fast food!
They had forgotten some of my food so I had to go in. They were busy, but they were quick to help me 😁 they got 5 ⭐ across the board because they were very helpful and fast about helping me.
