My big complaint is if someone has a big order.Or the order is gonna take longer than usual, and there's a bunch of cards behind you.They should send that person forward.So the cards can keep going.There's many times they've come, especially on the weekends where that does not happen.Very frustrating

My daughter and I were there this morning and The food came but my biscuits sandwich was wrong I went to the counter the guy working there said oh we'll make you what you oder. We'll when I went back they made entire new order for me I was very great full. I thought I'd just a new breakfast sausage biscuit with egg sandwich. They are a very wonderful McDonalds.. I will diffintly be going there again .Thank you all employee Sandy Ryan

This location used to be good for lunch, especially over the last summer, but now I can't even get a mobile order out in the drive thru without the workers trying to gaslight me when I come in saying I never gave them the code, and a MANAGER trying to take payment on a MOBILE ORDER, somehow this has happened 3 times now after many at this location - on top of that sheer incompetence you'll also start to see the standard custom items being made wrong, getting the wrong order in the drive thru, etc, but if it's done right - you'll find your experience decent hence the extra star

They provided us raw beef in our burgers. When asking them to remake the food we still had pink meat. Both my spouse and I got severely ill. Probably e-coli, rest assured I will never step food or spend my money at a McDonald’s again.
Everything is absolutely great with this McDonald’s location except the fact they apparently don’t “just give out free waters” as if it comes out of their actual paycheck if they give a cup water away. You have to “buy” something to get WATER. I promise the McDonald’s water isn’t “all” that to the point where you have to buy a singular sauce to get a cup of water. If someone orders a cup of water through you guys out of ANY type of bottled water or restaurant location I promise it’s ACTUALLY needed. Please spare me. Whoever invented that rule won’t be seeing the pearly gates I can say that much. What a weird & money hungry rule for freaking water.

Just ordered on doordash. Received my food, I ordered a small regular coke, they gave me diet coke. I also ordered a regular sundae and it comes barely 1/4 full of ice-cream. Do better and pay attention when packing orders.
