Every time we come to this location they fill our mocha frappes an inch below the top and always leaves the spilled drink running down the sides without cleaning it up. How did it spill when It wasn’t even full? They also started putting less flavor in the mocha frappes, they taste milky/watered down. I had to dump them in our slushie machine and remake them with more chocolate to make it taste better. Also it is McDonalds monopoly right now and our large frappe cups were supposed to have the stickers (showed it on the mobile order) and neither of the two cups we got had stickers. This same experience I also got mcckickens and every one of them was smashed and the lettuce was brown. Ew. Get new workers or something. Workers also aren’t very friendly.

Need to hold a seminar to understand the difference between honey and honey mustard as I checked my food getting back to work and got honey packets. My frappe look half empty and feel like they shorted the shots of espresso. Was immediately put into a line during a short period and had a good 5-10min wait among others.

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken nugget meal.Ask for hot fries when I got to the window.I checked the fries.They were cold so she said to move up to the next window.I sat there for over 10 minutes.As people were going through the drive through obviously , she was upset. So I go around the building to go in to find out where my food is and she hands me a bag as I was coming in, i get into the car.I get my fries.I thought maybe they spilt into the bag.But their fries were only a quarter full, so I went back in to show them.What is this? So the manager that was doing the turned around and looked at me.So the African girl looked at me.She says I'm really sorry about this.The long wait n fries, and the manager that was over by the fries.Says, you don't need to apologize to her.You don't need to say you're sorry. I'm like what excuse me.I'm standing right here.I haven't left she doesn't even turn around as yours.I wasn't talking to you.I was talking on my headset, i said oh really?That's what you said to someone always in the drive through.I said you're a liar.You said it to your other employee. This manager on p m is a real piece of work. I could say a few more things. But I took care of it with the managor on day shift.Hopefully she does something about it. The lady has a bad attitude. And as I drove away through the parking lot.Cause there's only one way out to go towards menards.They were laughing through the drive thru window.Real classy place, i would never lower myself to go there again.

Nicer of the McDonald's I've been to, the staff is always nice and offer my dog a puppy cup normally without me even asking, which makes him happy, and they don't even charge you for them like some of the other ones do which is nice.
