Idk what happened at this location but it went from being the most consistent McDonald’s ever to one of the worst. I recently had an entire meal replaced because the previous one was cold. They replaced it with cold food again, and this time forgot one of the items even though I handed the receipt to the manager. It’s sad but it will be a while until I’m back.

i hate writing bad reviews but when necessary, you gotta do what you gotta do. I pulled up to the drive thru and the person taking my order said “sup” he didn’t even say “welcome to mcdonald’s” or anything and then after I ordered I waited for like 45 minutes to get my food when their were only like 2 or 3 cars in front of me which is pretty slow they also messed up both my burgers i said no pickles no mustard i open it there’s pickles and mustard so this just made me ticked.

Great service received at this location. The cashier did not hesitate to take my order at the counter as I do not like the kiosk. The food was fresh and very good and the service provided by Thongchai was great. Would definitely stop at this location again. Convenient location off of Main Street and Highway 10 next to Menards!

Good warm foods. Customer Services is good and very friendly, especially towards the elderly people. Very affordable place to go dine out, and if you have a busy schedule, it's definitely a good place to go for food. Plus, if you have children who work at McDonald's, they give you a good discount.

Went inside the store to order and as soon as we stepped in, we got disgusting looks by the workers.
Another time, I ordered through the drive thru and didn’t receive all my chicken nuggets and had a large sprite only half filled.
Overall disappointed and will not come back

The staff is always friendly and quick with our order. Breakfast is our favorite.
Great for a quick breakfast or to feed my wife's mocha frappe addiction. One of the few fast food places you can actually go in and sit down to eat.

the inside is so clean and the cashiers were so nice!! they handled the food so beautifully and the food was incredible compared to some mcdonald’s i’ve been to. the service was amazing and the woman’s bathroom was also super clean.
Parking: the parking and street is very easy to navigate. the streets are bigger and so it’s so much easier for people to exit and enter!
Kid-friendliness: the kids were very respectful and the workers were so sweet to them! they gave a little boy free ice cream because he asked nicely☺️

The food was good & I’ve been going here for 2 years but today the manager was very rude to me when he was bringing my food out, I ordered some food & waited 15 mins for it then he comes out & says “here you go” hands me the food then as I’m about to take off he waves at me & says “hey, stop right there!” So I stopped as he said & didn’t apologize to me for the mix-up but instead decided to be a McBitch about it & say in an aggressive tone “Hand me the bag now! & the cookies as well!” But instead of owning up that he messed up he shifted the blame onto me & said “You know you should’ve said something instead of running off” I rolled my eyes like “Whatever” & left. So to the manager at around noon today “You should’ve taken accountability & apologized for messing up my order & the other customer's order instead of blaming me for your shortcomings” So for that manager you either should apologize or get fired for being unprofessional & making me feel like crap because I was not McLoving it. :(
