Their systems were supposedly down so the only way we could order food was through an online order. As I’m ordering online they have several customers walk in and order food at the register. They didn’t bother to tell us that it was working and by that time there were several people in front of us. Their website was also not working so I couldn’t even place the order. Terrible service.

My experience started out bad, but in the end I can say it was handled professionally. I ordered takeout and when I got home I discovered I was missing 2 bowls. It was too far to drive back so I called to explain what happened and I spoke with Tiana, the general manager, and she apologized for the error and explained they had a new employee that is training who didn't realize I had 2 bags. Tiana and I agreed upon a solution that would correct the situation. Usually when you call about order mix ups they blow you off if you are unable to get back to the store. I appreciate Tiana working with me on a solution versus making me drive back up there.

After 2 bad to go order experiences with very poor customer service, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. The first time the order wasn’t ready (even though ordered ahead for a certain time) and it was going to take a very long time so had to leave . They wouldn’t give me a refund right then and I had to call a few times to follow up to make sure it was processed. This time order was missing chicken. Mistakes happen and it’s all well and good if there is a bit of customer service. They act like they don’t care, simply saying sorry for the inconvenience could go a long way. It’s as if you are putting them out , when asking them to fix something.

Won't be eating here again. The blond girl who was grilling stuck her hands down her pants to tuck in her shirt. Did she wash her hands after no. She proceeded to touch orders and food. She did this all while on the floor in front of customers. I let the manager no and they just said OK.

Mixed feelings. The food was good and it was served hot. I was annoyed about the fountain coke promo for $1.00, the sign was not clear that I potentially had to be a rewards member, so I got charged full price. Also, the poor girl was running till and cooking and couldn't keep up. It took 11 minutes to get my food. One person waiting left. Also, the floor felt greasy and slick, walking to the bathroom I had to take baby penguin steps to not slip and fall. The carpet had food and garbage on it. One booth was out of order and another a few chairs were ripped. This place needs cleaning and repairs and more staff. However, my staff person was very bubbly - shout out to her!

I got the Japanese pan noodles. Noodles were tasteless and super dry. There were only 3 🥦 in the dish. I'm very disappointed. Never order from here again!
