Noodles and Company

I got the Japanese pan noodles. Noodles were tasteless and super dry. There were only 3 🥦 in the dish. I'm very disappointed. Never order from here again!

I didn’t even order food here- I was picking up a DoorDash order. When the order was taking a little longer than usual, the lady at the counter was so sweet and offered me a free drink for waiting. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience.
I visited this place yesterday to get lunch, and the cashier was not only rude but also asked about my nationality in an inappropriate and unfriendly manner. This kind of question, especially when asked with such a tone, felt discriminatory and made me very uncomfortable.
It’s unacceptable for any business to treat customers this way. Respect should be the standard, regardless of who you are or where you’re from. I hope management takes this seriously.

I got lunch here a week or so ago. I have celiac disease and the manager made sure my chicken was cooked in the oven to avoid any cross contamination and that my food be prepared in a clean separate space so I wouldn’t get sick. The meal was delicious and cooked perfectly! The whole staff is so amazing and caring, this is my favorite location

I’ve always purchased extra sauce with this dish because it’s so dry. With the extra sauce and chicken it’s a yummy dish. However, I absolutely regret having dinner from here today. The chicken was next to nothing, it seems the chicken was substituted for an excessive amount of egg. I like eggs just not burnt. The sauce was excessive which I thought was odd. I’m guessing it was to cover up the only thing I could taste which was the burnt eggs. Very disappointed!!! The photo shows about half of the burned eggs that were in this dish.

I decided to randomly try it one day assuming it was like a noodle place specific like a lame soup place or something, lol, but it's so not! Its super yummy and the noodles are not about soup. But about the crazy dishes that are oh so good! Best unexpected surprise which I now love as one of my favorites!

The waitress was very nice. I got the Parmesan chicken while my partner got the Mac and cheese. Honestly it was really good and I highly recommend stopping by

i ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and the cashier(very rudely) read my order back to me and said mac and cheese with parm chicken, i corrected them that i wanted the buffalo and they told me that it was the same thing and it definitely is not, they gave me parm and not buffalo… and there were no kids for medium cups and the whole experience was very upsetting(the food tastes fine im just very disappointed ☹️)

Place looks run down. I wanted to eat indoors at a restaurant and they delivered my food in to-go containers in a bag! Get out of the covid days, some people want to move on!
