Will never ever go to this noodles and company again! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My buddy was pointed out by staff and laughed at…LAUGHED AT! While he was eating alone waiting for the rest of us. Unbelievable to walk into the restaurant and watch multiple staff members make fun of a paying customer. Imagine watching your friend shutdown in front of you because restaurant employees pointed him out and laughed.

I am so thankful for this location. I get off work around 8:30p.m. and sometimes when I am exhausted, I go to this location to grab some quick and hot food. I understand this location closes at 9:00p.m. but the employees are always kind and happy to take my order. I understand the feeling of customers coming in close to closing time, and the need to want to clean to get out on time, but customers appreciate it very much (including me). The food always tastes great and hot. Lobby is generally clean!Also shout out to a specific employee that has blue highlights in her hair. She's very kind and has always had a great attitude when I arrive there at night.

The food has gone downhill. I ordered Pad Thai. It's super dry and no sauce of the noodles. My husband got Pasta Fresca and his was also super dry. You guys use to put put sauce on the noodles, what happened?

It's super nice how quick it is to get your food and go when you order inside, service is super nice whenever I do eat in. Overall very happy with this place.
Everything was good except the cheese bread otherwise I'd gave probably four stars. Unfortunately the cheese bread was depressing.

I used to love Noodles & Co! I’m not sure if they changed their recipe for the Mac and Cheese or what, but every time I’ve ordered from this specific location or even the MOA location it’s been liquid-y. Mac and cheese is supposed to be thick and creamy. I’ll keep trying, though.

We enjoyed the pesto cavatappi with tofu and pesto zoodles (zucchini noodles) also with tofu. While both were tasty, the prices at this restaurant were expensive. I will likely not return due to the lack of value. The service was excellent and our cashier was so patient as we (novice to this restaurant) stumbled through our inexperienced order!

Would have been better if there was a trained and experienced manager at work. Almost all employees were kids (hence I am not going to complain about them) and they didn't know how to ring a coupon even after we showed them the details of the coupon on the Noodles and company app. We had to spend $22 instead of $12 and that was disappointing.
