Amazing drinks and staff! Jess helped me tailor my preferences to make my drink ideal to my taste because I was so indecisive but with their vast variety of customized drinks she was able to capture everything I wanted !
I have been going to visit Jess at nutrition haven for almost 3 years now!!!!! The shakes are amazing and they do work for me to slim down but mostly feeling so much better! My mind is clearer and I’m able to make it through the day without the fatigue I used to have. More than a shake shop!
I’ve been coming to Jess’ shake shop since 2022! She always so welcoming and greets with big cheerful “hello!” I love that she has the classic/popular shakes but then always does FUN theme menus & those are my favorite. From teas, to meal replacement shakes or parfaits, you are sure to find something delicious here! I highly recommend the Monster cookie shake, yum!!
Jess is AMAZING! Very personable and genuine. The drinks are soooo good! HIGHLY recommend the frosted shakes for a delicious meal replacement! Overall, Nutrition Haven is a healthy, friendly and yummy spot!
My wife and I went in today to check it out. Let me just start by saying Jess is very outgoing and upbeat and, on top of that, she knows what she's doing.
I had the mega sized peanut butter protein shake. Wow! It was delicious and extremely filling. My wife got the creme brulee one and she LOVED it!
We will def be back!

Such a wide selection on the menu! I've never had something i didnt enjoy. Jess is always friendly, welcoming and even remembers our (me and my daughter's) preferred drinks.
The protein shakes are excellent, energize teas are very good as well gives you good focused energy, Nutrition Haven does amazing love this place
