I had the chicken wild rice soup, not much chicken and not much wild rice. It was ok, nothing to hurry back for. And there really isn't any service... You order at a counter, bring it to your table when it's ready, and then bus your table when your done.

I got a Bowl of Rice soup less food than I got in the boil then it used to. Get more of the broth than the food. 😀 not coming back it was like 9.18 ridiculous

I ordered Tuesday dozen bagels and they were dry. Felt like day old bagels. I did a survey and got no respond.

If you get the chicken ceaser salad make sure there is chicken in it. Because I oder a chicken ceaser salad and the6 forgot to put chicken in it.

Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. Not much chicken. Same sandwich I get at Elk River store has much more in it
No bread, spoons and this adult grilled cheese is the smallest I've ever seen. Taking expensive hospital food to the next level. Fail.

I've never experienced such terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and after waiting for 20 minutes, they told me they were out of bread........I told them what to replace it with, and she said my order was next in line. 10 minutes later she finally came with my order. They could at least given me a free cookie after waiting over a half hour for a drive thru order.
If you're looking for a nice Panera, DO NOT go here. Drive further for a different one, it will be worth it.
