The Grocery Store contains all the Mediterranean foods and spices you might need, yet atmosphere is gloomy, it lacks adequate customers service. The old man needs to stay home. Cashiers are not friendly and not welcoming. You need to rethink about your staff quality, it’s a waste of money and time to have such a large store without appropriate customers service . Wish you better luck with proper staff.

We supported this business for long. Although we always visited Holyland for our grocery and restaurant needs, we wanted to support them. They did well in delivering us groceries when I wasn’t able to. We also did pay them delivery charges. However, the chicken (about $40) worth was stale (green) and we also discovered a black insect in it. This happened the second time. We reached out to them directly, but they chose to ignore us. So as a moral responsibility, I would like to ask potential and current customers to reconsider buying chicken at their outlet. Other products have been good. But this lack of customer sensitization has hurt me and I have decided not to do business with them till they own their mistake and incorporate remedial actions. I never even disputed those $40.

Super clean grocery store, staff is helpful. The bread was fresh and warm on the shelf. We also went to the restaurant and ordered a few tacos, kofta platers, and sandwiches. Everything was delicious.
