I placed my order online. chicken bacon artichoke.

My pizza was at the front door. No one was in the store when I got there. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would appear. They peeped out from behind. I asked if I needed to do anything for the pizza pick up. They said no.

I got home and my pizza is not in fact bacon chicken artichoke. It’s chicken and I think sun dried tomatoes…this is not the pizza I ordered. I wish I would have looked before I left.

My custom pizza was soo good. So many toppings too. A bit on the pricey side compared to competitors, but so worth it.

I don't know what the deal is with the inefficiency of this one, it's the slowest Papa Murphy's in the area by far. Drive the extra 5 minutes to Andover, because you'll be waiting an extra 30 minutes at this one.

I reluctantly gave Papa Murphy’s Pizza a second chance, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The first time I ordered, I requested extra cheese and extra sauce, but what I got was a pitiful, dry pizza with almost no cheese and just a scant brushing of sauce. I hoped that after more than a year, they’d have improved, but the second attempt was even worse—an utterly dreadful pizza that completely ignored my requests. It’s clear they have the most negligent service and the worst quality control imaginable. This has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating and disappointing pizza experience I’ve ever had. I will never, ever return!

we have eaten at this locations several times and it has always been good except for tonight we cooked the pizza for 17 minutes the crust was burnt on the edges but most of the pizza was watery and disgusting am not sure what the problem was but it was horrible.
