Best sandwich/sub I ever had at Potbellies, which is impressive because its always good and making it better now is the new sauces like Garlic aioli and red wine vinegar that I can mix with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette to create the best ranch for my sandwich. But what was above and beyond this time was the chicken was even better than usual and it was so delicious. Bacon also was delicious as usual. My sandwich was so good I could have eaten it without any sauce but I still added sauce to most of it. Also the sprite was really good this time too. The staff was great, nice and most importantly great at their job making sandwiches delicious. If you like sub sandwiches you have to go here to the Riverdale Potbelly, it's the best. I love this place and their sandwiches so much.

This potbelly location is by far my favorite! They have an amazing staff that is always welcoming and does a great job! I highly recommend this location, they won't disappoint!

Could only stomach a couple bites of the sandwich they gave me. The roast beef had an off taste and texture.

Place was clean and service was very fast, but it was pretty expensive for 2 sandwiches and chips w/ drinks. $30!?

Ordered carry out online was told it would be done around 6:02 pm didn't get done till 6:22 had to sit and wait 20 minutes while my soup was getting cold!!! Absolutely horrible service

We've ordered online from them in the past and they have either messed up the order or had delivery drivers that don't deliver the food. You're best bet is to avoid that and order in person or just head over to Subway, Jimmy Johns or somewhere else.

Very good food. Every time, however, this visit service was terrible. The sandwich Maker was great, but the worker at the counter was very rude. Her nails were very long and dirty. And when I ask Her for a bag she just handed me one I also asked her what a dream bar was. She said she didn't know. The sandwich maker however did pop in and answer my questions. It costs a lot to eat these days. At least be happy for or patronage.

we had a catering order that was dropped by the delivery service...but Lorenzo Logan picked it up and made it happen by delivering it personally....and saving my meeting!!!!! cudos to his customer service...something that is lacking in today's society....cant recommend them enough....and by the way...food was

The food definitely tastes good, but my gripe is that I never get a fully heated sandwich, regardless of which one I get, outside of the meatball. Always half warm, half cold. Need to check the settings on the oven or
