Food is consistent. Parking at this location is more difficult.

Since Dave’s opened down the road, I cannot say I’ve been back to Cane’s once. Dave’s is just more consistent, with more options.

Ordered mobile Curbside thinking it would be somewhat sufficient. Unfortunately I ended up waiting for my food for 10 minutes past the order ready time and the time i got there. Once they brought it out to me, the lady squeezed my large drink which in return got all over my arm. I understand mistakes happen, but she didn’t apologize or offer to get me additional napkins to clean up besides that the food taste good and I got everything I ordered

I went there at about six 630 the other night and I ordered a box combo got home and the four pieces of chicken were like popcorn shrimp. It was like the end of the barrel there was nothing to them. I was still hungry. Usually I have four with my box car when I came and eat the fourth one. I usually heat it up later. I wasn’t too happy people need to check what kind of chickens going out in their boxes don’t don’t serve stuff like that. That’s not OK and then people get home and they’re more or less screwed so don’t serve the bottom of the bags just cause it’s convenient or maybe the manager tells you to use every little piece I don’t know but people pay good money to go out and eat and you should get something decent shouldn’t have to go back. Shouldn’t have to call. Shouldn’t have to leave a bad review.

Good food, good crew but if I’m paying that price I expect 6 tenders

Food is ok but nothing special (except the sauce) service was ok but could be more friendly and talkative. Just needs a little polishing and it will be a 5 star.

The only reason we come to this location is convenience - it’s close to home and my son loves Raising Cane’s. That said, the drive thru is painfully slow every single time. Two lanes to order, yet only one window actually being used. Expect at least a 10+ minute wait if you’re going through the drive thru.
Don’t come hungry or in a hurry. Oh, and expect a greasy box once you receive your order too!

I had set directions in my map for another local restaurant, but I had to drive by Cane’s to get there and it instantly changed my mind as I am a huge fan and love their quality of chicken and the sauce is delicious. Of course I’m a fan of the fries and a slice of toast and I adore the lemonade. The food is serve served so hot as it’s made to order and I love that. The staff was very attentive and very efficient, and there was no waiting when I went.

Recently dined in with my family, and the noise from the workers was so loud, it was distracting and hard to enjoy a nice, family meal. It’s great they were happy and cheerful by the yelling and hollering and running around the counter was a bit much. My side order of fries had so much salt we couldn’t eat them, the other fries were fine. When I went back to counter to ask for new fries, everyone ignored me until I had to finally get someone’s attention. The worker told someone in the back and he made a rude face, looked at me and laughed. Then the cashier and worker continued to make fun of me for saying there was too much salt. Flat out laughing and making smug faces at me. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t say anything but thank you when I received new fries. After spending over $50 on food, then a $20 gift card, to be treated like this was shocking, as a paying customer. Didn’t seem like any proper management onsite and if there was, not a respectful way to run a business.
