I went to this restaurant for many years until I moved to California... It was my first time back to MN and I discovered that this business not only survived the pandemic but also has a bigger and better building in a new location. The only thing that hasn't changed is the fantastic customer service, the fantastic atmosphere, and of course the fabulous delicious food.

One of the best Authentic Chinese restaurants in Minnesota. dim-sums are freshly made, pork buns, cream cheese wantons and egg tarts are extremely delicious. servers are very helpful and friendly, the place is nicely maintained. They Also have a place for events and private parties. Highly recommend! My only place to eat whenever I’m around the area.

Previously liked this place. No more chow mein. Big disappointment! Ordered the house special to replace. Was terrible. Very little chicken in it. Full of big chunks of celery & onions. Do not like onions. We also ordered orange chicken. Was mushy & not very good. I don’t think I will order from here again. Sorry you had to make all these changes. Good luck keeping customers.

We've been going to Rose Garden for YEARS! Servings are huge. Food is always tasty. Staff is friendly and the service both for takeout and eat in is great. We've only eaten in the actual restaurant a couple times but when we have it's been a very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes Chinese food.
