Recently saw they updated their menu. They removed turkey burgers and only have chicken burgers now, which are more pricey. I used to come here all the time but now it's just unreasonable for over $8 for a burger with a slim piece of meat.

Burgers are good, but the smash fries are why you go.
When I saw brussel sprouts on the menu at a drive through I thought "well I've gotta try that". What I didnt expect was them being straight FIRE! Holy smokes. First time at smashburger and im impressed. The woman who took my order was awesome and the meal was excellent. Highly recommend this location.

I hope the manager I met reads this, as the service I just received here was very unprofessional. The manager handled the entire situation in a very unprofessional manner. On Thursday night, 8/8/24, I placed my personal order with DoorDash at 8:38 p.m. DoorDash informed me that my order would be ready by 9 p.m. When I arrived at the store at 9pm exactly, I was informed that someone else had picked up my order. I was confused because I showed the manager my pick details, and I also insisted on showing my identification, but he kept on saying that my order had already been picked up. They checked the camera and realized that someone came through the drive-through and told them they were DoorDash, so they gave my order to the person without asking for any identification or information. Although I do not typically leave reviews, the manner in which the Manager handled the situation pissed me off. He kept making it seem as if I was lying despite having proof that it was not me who picked up the order. Honestly, I could have just bought another burger, but the manager was so unprofessional. I drove 24 minutes to pick up my order, so there is no reason to lie. My name is Christiana and I won’t recommend this location.

I have had smash burger in Texas and Oklahoma now in MN I love the double bacon smash it is one of my favorites . The only issue with this place was the floors were not clean felt like I was walking on grease. The food was perfect they just need to clean better.
