I had a bad experience especially with the Starbucks for life program. I have been a customer for about 3 years, and I always trusted them but later it was regret. They sent me an email winning but never sent the prize, when I email or talk to the owners they say my email never won. So why would they send me a winning email, or they say that it was a different email used by us. But we used the regular email and the picture email is there. The sweepstakes was sent to us but they also said we didn’t win. I really hope Starbucks step their game up or stop lying to people.
Vegetarian options: It is pretty good even though it doesn’t have the best taste and mix
Dietary restrictions: It is pretty friendly and open but they lie too much
Parking: It is near other stores so it can be hard to park but there is always a drive through
Wheelchair accessibility: They are acceptable and nice but not many services for wheelchair

This is my daily "go-to" Starbucks. The staff really sets this place apart from other locations nearby. Lucas is always super friendly and knows my order by heart and knows me by name when I enter the drive-thru line. I bring my pups here regularly and the team always spoils them as well. There are Starbucks locations everywhere, but none in that match the service we receive when we visit this one.
This Starbucks is always so slow! Makes mistakes. Go to the one off of round lake blvd for better service.

The food and coffees are always consistent with what I order. I’ve never had to ask for a drink to be remade, and I’m very particular about my coffee!More importantly, the staff at this location is the best. I’ve never experienced such consistent, top notch customer service at another establishment. We frequent this location as a family for breakfast/coffee, usually a couple days a week. It became a small tradition for us before dropping off our LO at daycare.The staff, especially Michelle and Kenzie, always greets us with a smile. She is an absolute joy to chat with, we always look forward to seeing her! Michelle quickly recognized how obsessed our LO is with dinosaurs and she always has dino stickers ready when we place mobile orders or when we walk in.There’s so much angst and negativity in the world, it’s overwhelming to receive genuine care and thoughtfulness to this degree. Thank you Michelle, Kenzie, and all the staff at this location, you’re doing an amazing job!

You go to a chain store and you should be able to expect a certain amount of consistency. Don't expect that here. Hubby and I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks yesterday; both tasted like steamed milk... just a hint of flavor in each. $12 down the tubes. The last time I went (a week earlier), my Venti drink was 3/4 full - you could tell the moment you lifted the cup! I told the "barista" and she just shrugged her shoulders. Service in general at SB has gone down noticeably in the last year. Grossly unfortunate.
