I come here before I go to work at my flower shop most days or to dine in and work on my laptop and the ladies there are always so wonderful and personable. I’m always greeted with a big smile from Kenzie. Akala always remembers what I like to drink. Hazel is always sweet to me and other staff that are working. I highly recommend getting your coffee here. And leave a big tip! They deserve it.

Please take action regarding this store and its staff. This situation is unreal. It is the worst Starbucks in all of America. They never hand out orders on time, and they keep mixing up what you actually ordered. The staff look annoyed, they don’t issue refunds, and when you order through the app, they give the order about ten minutes after the pickup time as if it’s normal for them. They confuse orders constantly.
I’ve been there many times, but I try to avoid this location because the experience is always negative. Please take measures. Replace the entire team there they ruin the whole brand. My friends have had the same experience at this Starbucks. Everyone says we avoid it completely, it’s better to drive farther than to order and wait there.

I placed an order through app, arrived, but the order was not ready again, they told me to wait, but they never made my order. I didn't get my money back, I didn't get my order, the worst Starbucks branch I've ever seen!

I go to this Starbucks every morning, it is a part of my morning routine! Michelle, Kenzie, Akayla, Mariam, are some of the greatest faces I get to see each day. All four of these ladies are a LARGE part of why I go! Thank you for recognizing me, my order, and always greeting me with such warm smiles❤️
This Starbucks has a really long wait 90% of the time and it doesn’t matter what time of the day it is. It doesn’t even seem that busy, just slow. I would recommend ordering ahead. Walking into Target across the street would probably be faster to be honest.

This used to be my favorite place, since Michelle left as manager, service has gone from stellar to nothing to brag about. Ordering online used to be efficient, now mobile orders take 30 minutes to get after arriving in line. Orders get mixed up...my iced venti was made in a grande cup and the grande hot coffee wad put in a venti cup. Either I am going to a different Starbucks or find a different coffee to drink.

Disgustingly filthy, floor, table and restroom sticky and dirty. Staff very slow and rude. By far the dirtiest coffee shop I've ever been in. The Green Bean on BIAP/Camp Victory, Iraq was cleaner than this place. We won't be back.
