Came here looking for a quick route to north town mall but it turns out this was just a sandwich shop and not an actual subway. Naturally, i had to get a sandwich which i enjoyed.

overall, pretty crappy place The guy in the red hat in the silly braids was overall really nice but the one in the green backwards hat was kind of annoying, kind of a dork bathroom was disgusting no paper towels or toilet paper at had to wipe with my white hoodie I was so embarrassed on top of all that my bread was rock hard Too much mayo My cookies were stale overall, pretty shitty pick up Rack head dust pretty disgusting The man’s bathroom sign had a woman in there

So I came here on my down time as I waited to play the wolves (we got cooked) and i decided to hit up the local subway because you know I wanted a sandwich but little did I know this was gonna be the worst experience of my life! They had no toilet paper so I had to let it crust, not cool. The paper toile holder was hanging on by one screw, it was unusable ☹️. Also the guy in the back words hat was very mean and hurt me feelings. Then someone stole my pickup and I never got my food. I ordered again and the only thing they put on my sandwich was olives and cookie crumbs 🤦‍♂️. There was also a very annoying beeping sound that wouldn’t stop. Then they kicked me. THAT OUR BALL AINT IT!

First off the guy at the counter, not even 5 seconds that I’m there, says that I’m taking to long and I should be freaky fast. Then the bread was under cooked. I sit down and there is crap all over the tables smh. There was a wet floor sign but the floor was dry as hell. I filled up my cup and the ice cube was so big that I could only put one singular cube in my cup. I got more ice than drink. Then I go into the bathroom and the paper towel thingy is hanging one by one thread. When I was eating there was a beeping sound that wouldn’t stop for like 10 minutes. Overall you should just go to Jimmy John’s and baskin Robbin’s in anoka, they know what’s up.

Great Service Despite a Tough Situation!

I visited this Subway location around the same time as another reviewer (Linda Weber) and had a completely different experience. There had been a bad storm the night before, and yes, the entrance was a bit wet, but there were clear caution signs placed to warn customers, which I appreciated.

The staff was clearly overwhelmed with a rush of customers, but they remained polite and did their best to keep things moving. I saw an older gentleman slip near the entrance one of the employees asked if he was okay shortly after, unlike the customers. It was a hectic time, and while they couldn't drop everything immediately, it’s clear they cared.

The food was fresh, and my sandwich was exactly as ordered. The floors weren’t spotless, but given the weather and traffic, it’s understandable. I appreciate the staff for managing a tough situation professionally. Will definitely return!

As we opened the entrance door , most of the entryway was covered in water. The two employees said it was from the rainstorm last night. People would come in and ask them to clean it up. One employee said it would evaporate in time. The other said that they were busy with customers. One older male customer actually slipped and fell. I didn't see him fall, but looked over saw him on the ground glasses askew, rubbing his arm and leg. When this older man fell down, no employee came over a d asked if he needed help. He went up to them, saying he wanted to file a complaint and they would not talk to him. We will not be eating at Subways after this!

I'm only giving it a 3 right now because it's always been a 4 or 5 but today I did my first online order ever. They messed up the drink, the chips, and the sauce on my sandwich. I had to go back through the whole line again on my break to have it fixed. At least they made it right but the employee slightly said oh don't forget that but it was a bottled Pepsi when I ordered a fountain mountain dew. Lays regular chips instead of jalapeño. Please be considerate of people on work breaks with limited time. Double read the slips.

Wife and I ordered 2 subs online. Wife ordered chicken salad and got something that wasn’t even close. I got my standard sub and it tasted off. Good poisoning all night and this morning. Threw most of sub away as it had a rotten smell and taste.

Never thought I would say this, But.
ordering from this subway was actually painful! I asked for the meal of the day. Which is baja chiptole chicken. After being told they don't have baja chicken and she seemed rather confused when I tried clarify. (I work at Subway). I end up canceling that and Is ordering a totally different sandwich. And when I told her to limit the amount of sauce because they were going to be several, She ignored my request and said this is the way we do it here. I actually had to tell her to stop adding sauce which seem to irritate her. Luckily I could take as many napkins as needed. Which was a lot.
Needless to say I won't be back to this subway any time soon. It would be worth the drive to go to my location.

Just didn't like the guy mopping then rushing to make the next man's sandwich He was reaching over my sandwichto grab iningrediants. The new lady was doing so good making 3 sandwicheI while he mopping. I.WAS TAUGHT NOT TO REACH OVER PEOPLES FOOD!!!

Never again! Asked for extra veggies and barely got any. Subway is not what it used to be. Will go elsewhere from now on.
