Great Service Despite a Tough Situation!

I visited this Subway location around the same time as another reviewer (Linda Weber) and had a completely different experience. There had been a bad storm the night before, and yes, the entrance was a bit wet, but there were clear caution signs placed to warn customers, which I appreciated.

The staff was clearly overwhelmed with a rush of customers, but they remained polite and did their best to keep...

I'm only giving it a 3 right now because it's always been a 4 or 5 but today I did my first online order ever. They messed up the drink, the chips, and the sauce on my sandwich. I had to go back through the whole line again on my break to have it fixed. At least they made it right but the employee slightly said oh don't forget that but it was a bottled Pepsi when I ordered a fountain mountain dew. Lays regular chips instead of jalapeño. Please be considerate of...
