Horrible Horrible Horrible I will never go back to that location. I need to call the health department today. I went to get me and my daughter some food and the Mexican lady opened the bread container and took out the White bread and she dropped it on the dirty floor and I watched her pick the bread back up and put it back with the rest of the bread . I asked her why she did that, and she just shook her head. I left cause I refused to buy anything from there. Can you imagine how many times she did that? And her coworkers watched her do it.

Second time I got a Flatbread here after the gym and half of it is rock hard. Something needs to be done. Can't they tell when making the sandwich that the bread is rock hard?

Mackenzie is the nicest, friendliest person I've ever seen working at a Subway... or maybe anywhere. She's very kind, and also really fast and good at her job. Very considerate, wrapping my sandwich carefully, in halves, as I would have asked for if I knew they would do that. A nice bonus I didn't expect. And a good hand washer, to boot!
The sandwich was a good price, too. (Haven't eaten it yet, was so impressed with her I wrote it right away.)

Noah made and rang up our meal this evening. After the items where totaled he re rang up different sandwiches than we ordered and charged us an additional $6. We ordered a spicy Italian (2x) and that was our original order but we where charged for two veggie subs with added salami and pepperoni on each. I will never be returning to this location again.

Very slow and inefficient. Orders on the app, paid for it on the app as well. Said order was ready for pickup. Got there, old Oompa Loompa old lady said it’s not ready, told her the app said it was ready for pick up. I proceed to get in line with 5-7 customers already in line. Old lady working there was slow af!!!! Taking her precious time, no urgency and giving attitude like she doesn’t want to work…I was suppose to pick up at 4:15pm. Didn’t get out until 4:45pm. As I finally got my food, told them it was already paid for, they needed to check the receipt for proof, even though I had it on my phone. Oompa Loompa tells co-worker that I jump in line. Like how tf did I jump in for a supposedly online app order, which was not even ready, when it was suppose to be and I had to get in the back of line and order like everyone else there. Make that make sense!!!! I will never come back to this slow, inefficient subway ever again. Hire people who work fast. No wonder old people ger discriminated….

The ladies there where great and patient taking orders from my autistic children (teenage). They where very polite. We did also go when it wasn't busy.
