when i went to this subway about 3 months ago i asked for the footlong cookie. the man who was taking my order said he was out so i left with my order. my mom then tried to get the footlong cookie online. guess what, she had gotten the footlong cookie just 40 minutes after i was told no. today i came in and still no footlong cookies to the customers. what i was told this time is "they werent ready".

I would say in the past year this place has gone downhill, the tables are all dirty, the floor is sticky, crumbs all over the place employees don’t communicate with you they all seems sad and depressed.

Gentlemen behind the counter was absolutely great. I even tipped him. And I normally do not at fast food places!
Delicious food, staff hooked me up with a garbage ton of pickles and a positive attitude. Definitely will return.

Our Super BMT was excellent. Place was very clean and inviting. However, the Men's batroom was shut down and "Out of Order" sign up. Not sure how you an allow this to happen! Had to use the Women's bathroom out of necessity where there was no paper towels.

They only had white and wheat bread...disappointing. Most tables were dirty. The floors were dirty especially by the entry doors. Loud rap music was being played in the back overpowering the regular music. Server was polite but the rest of the experience...not so much.
